Buchanan Lube Center

A minor mishap occured with my car while at the lube center. The apology, corrective actions and customer service willingly given / taken by Seth was absolutely stellar. He went above and beyond to make it right. That level of customer care is rare in our current world.

Update 4/10/2021: The sign in their waiting room says it all. They truly do give the best repair (and service) possible. It is always a pleasure going there and talking with Lou and his crew of master technicians. They are all friendly and welcoming. I definitely have confidence in going there and knowing that my vehicle is in reliable hands.

Great bunch of guys. They are very straight up with you and don't feed you any BS at the lube center. Lou always works around my schedule to get me in and the mechanics do good work.

Pat is the best, only reason I still use Buchanan is Lou and Pat. If you need any maintenance done talk to them.
