MANDY DOES NOT KNOW anything about transferring a boat. Cars she is great. She missed the part on the paper work stating NON TRANSFER. Now 1 yr later still not able to use boat. Still waiting for registration.

Didn’t even get through the front door. When I called them I was told I could come over and then let them know I was there. I needed 3 minutes of their time. When I got there they told me to come back in 3 hours. What a waste of time.
