The Restaurant Store - Harrisburg

I love the restaurant store, friendly associates and clean. Helpful too. I just wish they carried more flavors of slush syrups in the one or two stores we can drive to. Sadly both an hour away as it is and still have to order what needed online. Delivery charges kill us when have to have delivery. And delivery items are not packaged well for the abuse. Luckily all goods were ok. But that may not always be the case.

The Restaurant Store is great for shelf stable goods and non food supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you purchase a membership, there are significant savings to their already fair prices .

They are always helpful and 9 out of 10 times have what I need.

Update - the layout of the store has changed a bit over the past 6 to 12 months but it is is still very organized and the staff always goes out of their way to assist with purchasing items.

Great selection! And good prices for both members and non.....items you just can't get in a regular store. Pretty much can find that special tool you can't get anywhere else. And a super friendly staff!

Great stuff available depending on what you need. Nice selection of spices. Even though it's larger quantities of things you can make use of some of the things in your own kitchen. I went to culinary school so this is like a toy store 🙂

They have absolutely impeccable service. They always look busy but they will never be too busy to help someone or find someone to help you. I been going to place for years and each time the staff gets better and better. The prices are unmatched. When it's for a catering gig, a family event or just something in the home, I'll come here first for the best deal.

I've been shopping here for years and absolutely love them. They've recently remodeled this store and things are so easy to find that you don't have to talk to one of the more than dozen people that are willing to help you at any given time. But, if you have questions they're more than happy to answer them. All I can say is keep up the good work.

Relaxed shopping atmosphere and expansive selection makes for a great experience. Allow yourself plenty of time, because you're guaranteed to find at least a dozen things you didn't know you needed. Staff are extraordanarily pleasant and helpful.

Walked in, looked for item but didn't find. Asked associate and she led me right to it. They have an amazing assortment of items used in restaurants... I should know, I worked in one. Decent prices too. Highly recommend. Walked in Tuesday around 6pm..there were no less than 10 customers and 4 associates. Kind of busy for a Tuesday.

Seth was an amazing sales rep! He helped me find everything I was looking for and was very patient with me! He then helped me take everything to my car! Very happy with the service provided and friendly faces.

All the people are always friendly and asking if they can help. They also load the items in truck for us. We get supplies for our club. Check them out and see what we mean by great service.

Very good and would do it again

Do you remember that feeling as a kid when you went into a big toy store and saw a bunch of stuff you don’t need but REALLY want?! This gave me that exact feeling. Lol. Everyone is super helpful and friendly! If you like to cook or entertain, this place will meet your needs. They literally have EVERYTHING.

Love the staff. Checked in with me a few times while i was walking around to see if i needed help. Larger purchases they will help with getting it to the car. Great prices too.

A man named Eric helped us today and he was amazing. We were tired and not sure what we needed and he spent 15 minutes patiently walking us around so we could find everything. Someone give this man a raise. Eric is a perfect example of how people should treat customers. Loved him!

These guys are the best in the business. Always waiting and willing to help and throw in ideas. Been shopping there a long time.
