This place is always on point! A little busy at times. I personally wish they would extend the hours a little longer on the weekends. The staff and the food makes this place what it is.

The food was mind blowing, absolutely incredible! VERY reasonable prices as well. This might be my new favorite restaurant!

Fantastic! Amazing meal & service. The portions are so gigantic for the price. The veggie smash was delicious. The banana walnut brown sugar pancake is to die for—one pancake is literally the size of a large plate! Highly recommended! Service was spot on, attentive, and very friendly. Perfect Saturday morning hometown breakfast spot!

The absolute best breakfast around! The menu is unique and very creative. Love that they use food sourced locally. Amazing service provided by Randy, Katie & Kylie. To watch cook/owner Jess at work is like watching a symphony conductor. These folks are the best.

One of the best places to eat in Edinboro. Everything is always great. Portions are large and priced fair. It is a small place, so if you’re going at a peak time, you may have to wait. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Excellent mac and cheese!

Food was really good and nice portion size. Customer service was also amazing, we went for breakfast and the middle aged man (server) was so good to us! Definitely coming back.

Me and my boyfriend LOVE this place! Not only is the atmosphere cozy and artsy, but the food is top tier. One of the best places in the area for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. I’ve tried something new every time, and have loved every single dish. From a monte cristo, to an omelette or signature “smash”, to even their burgers and paninis, The Flip knows their flavors—and all of it at a great price. They have the best fries I’ve ever had, I get them with every meal!

Probably the best breakfast I’ve had in five years absolutely fantastic food and very fresh and what a great presentation and a really cool place service is excellent very short wait time if you’re in the area a must try😃😃😃😃👍👍👍👍. Debbie was an excellent waitress never stopped running. All the baked goods are made on the property. OUTSTANDING!!!

The food here is excellent and there is a lot of it. One pancake is enough! The tabes are close together, so the atmosphere can be dicey if you are seated next to crying kids. Service is pleasant, but slow.

Great spot with a fantastic menu. The place was super busy this Saturday morning but there is a call back option so you don't have to wait on the street. Instead, go across the street to the park or arrive after noon.

Love this place! The food is amazing. One time I ate there by myself, and my wife accused me of cheating on her... because I ate there without her.

Our AirBNB host suggested we try this place out for breakfast, and we are so glad we did! I enjoyed a deconstructed Reuben with a side of cinnamon flips, and my dining partner enjoyed a breakfast burrito as well as a side of cinnamon flips.

Our food was great! My portion was just the right size, and the flavor was fantastic! My fiance also enjoyed his meal! Our server, Gavin, was superb! Very attentive! It's a shame we can't enjoy the food here again because they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and we are leaving town on Wednesday, but we will drop by again during our next visit to Erie County!

One of the best breakfasts we've had in a while. My son loved the blueberry oatmeal brulee, my daughter and I enjoyed "smashes" (eggs mixed with a variety of tasty ingredients), and my wife raved about the cinnamon french toast. And the warm cinnamon flips (like beignets) were delicious.

They feature Smashes, which are literally smashed together eggs, potatoes, and various choices of additional items, from sausage to veggies and more. The cinnamon flips are outstanding, and you'll want to order a couple to go after your meal. There is so much more to choose from their ample menu of breakfast and lunch choices, so you'll want to come back and try their other selections.
