BILO Supply

I was replacing the cartridge on our Moen kitchen faucet. I had purchased a replacement 1225 cartridge (not an oem at Lowe's) it wouldn't fit. I then went to a local hardware store and purchased another non oem part, same results.
I then called BiLo Supply in Montgomery and asked if they had a Moen oem part. They did, I picked it up and had it installed and was able to complete the job in less than 10 minutes. I had wasted hours of my time and $50. on knock off parts. Lesson learned!

Small Town plumbing supply. Great service and very patient with ameature do-it-yourself folks. The limitation I find is that if I'm not exactly what I need to do a job I like to walk the isle of the store and look at the parts until I figure out the combination. Here all the parts are in the back and they pull what you ask for. The upside is that they are helpful and even when I don't know they name of what I want they will patiently let me describe it and then teach me what it's called.

Very good Plumbing place. Always had the parts that I've needed. They may be a little out of the way but then then again when you're on one of them jobs that's out of town they are right there.
