Just had the best experience buying a washing machine and dryer here. We had a very small space and all the options were larger than could fit. Ray in the Appliance department was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things washer and dryers. He searched the online databases until he found the perfect fit. He helped us with the order and setting up the delivery and install. He has earned our loyalty. If we ever need any new Appliance, we are coming to see Ray first. This is one of the few Lowes that we've been to where the staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable.

Today, I went to Lowes is Bloomsburg. The servive was outstanding. I was treated like king. Three floor associates were helping me in the same time. EL from tools department (it was not the first tme she help me). Also, Garrett in flooring department. I didn't catch the third name. I resolved many issues about flooring and plumbing in 15 min and left the store very saticfied. Good job guys. Keep up with this service. Thank you.

Been dealing with Lowes for decades. Ran into a problem with grill just purchased (pictured). Not Lowe's fault, just a deterioration of quality from my previous purchase of this model. Returned to Lowe's, explained what happened, made a return and upgraded (pictured). Thanks to Pam in customer service, was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
10/10, will shop Buckhorn Lowe's again.

What isn't there to love about going in a place that has everything under the sun?

If you need to fix something in your house or do anything remotely active around your house, get in there.

I feel like spending money here is more productive than spending it on junk. If you get something in there, you know you're going to be buying motivation to improve something and the means to do it.

If you don't know what you're doing, the people will help you too and not make you feel like an idiot.

Get in there and buy some wood or something. Who cares if you don't know what you're going to use it for.

Very clean bathrooms. This has become our new rest area along I-80 in PA. Better than the PA rest areas.

Had a good experience. Josh and Garrett were both great. I ordered a window blind.

The staff was great I love the selections I got to find what I was looking for and b in and out quickly. Yay American flags and flagpoles that you need to start a beautiful spring. Thank you to the Lowe's team.

Dealt with the assistant manager just because he was the one available to help. He absolutely went out of his way to be super helpful and was really polite and nice. Highly recommend this Lowe's. I wish I knew how to get in touch with their corporate office and give this guy a much deserved compliment.

We had the best customer service tonight all because of Bob!!! Thank you Bob for going above and beyond for us!!!! We usually shop at the Selinsgrove location, but this will be our new Lowe's store. Keep up the great work, Bob!!

Salespeople were knowledgeable and helpful.

Called to ask about pet policy and the woman on the phone told me to stop by the service desk with my puppy so she could treat him!! Lovely staff all around!! All I needed was flexi hose, but they made the trip even better for me and my pup!

Great store! Clean compared to others. Well staffed and the staff was insightful and friendly. I bought a riding lawnmower and the gentleman in lawn equipment started it for me and loaded it for me. Knowledgeable staff!

Lowes has all the items you need for your at home projects or other projects you are working on. The store is well stocked and very clean. There is staff to help you with any questions you may have. I love to check out the new line of lighting features and new state of the art appliances. Truly the handyman's best help with any project you undertake.

My absolute best shopping experience ever. Ray &Garrett from plumbing and James from flooring were the most professional and helpful associates I've ever dealt with.

Me and the pops went here to purchase a stand up deep freezer and I'll tell you what the staff that helped us was awesome! He answered all the questions we had! And helped me load it up into the pickup truck without hesitation! Definitely keeping my business so far!!
