What a great experience tonight. I had an amazing Verizon Rep named Alana. I'm not that knowledgeable with electronics. She explained everything for me and had great patience with me.She was friendly and very knowledgeable. You have an awesome employee Verizon. Please acknowledge her for such great service. I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Alana! I was having trouble with my service and she went above and beyond to help me restore it. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. I am so grateful for her assistance and professionalism. Thank you, Alana, for your exceptional customer service!

Meriam is so awesome and helpful! She was completely on her own on a busy Sunday and had patience with every customer she came across. My mom and I will pass multiple other Verizon stores just to go to her store because she is so kind and helpful.

Meriam was My sales representative today. She was very informative about what I needed honestly. If she's not a manager, she needs to be a district manager her patients and understanding of the product. What's amazing? Unlike some other phone companies out here. She's dedicated to please the customer. But also do a great job at doing it. I really appreciate. I'd heard taking out her time to form me about all the sales. And what I was eligible for not many sales representatives do. That's another companies so I really appreciate it. That fact that she goes the extra mile. If I could give 10 stars a would definitely be 10 stars. She did an amazing job

William Houseknecht is a wonderful worker at Verizon. He helped us with so many things that was wrong with our account and stayed on the line with customer service to get the job done of what we needed. So glad we found a good person to go to a Verizon. He’s amazing

Bloomsburg Verizon on Columbia Ave store is so much better than the Bloomsburg Buckhorn store. Staff there were wonderful, especially Miriam Amenzouy. She was extremely helpful with getting me an updated watch and teaching me how to use it. I couldn't thank her enough.

Let me explain to you the customer service I get from will from the Bloomsburge store in the Ritas plaza. Any time I have any concerns about my account or the phones or iPads on my account Will is always there to help me with a positive attitude and will take care of my issues. I refer all my friends to go to the bloomsburg Rita’s plaza Verizion and tell them about will and my friends will go down and ask for will. Will will take care of them and then my friends will thank me because of the customer service they get from will. Will always gives Great Customer Service and he IS NOT PUSHY about buying something in the store. If I go I to pay a bill I pay the bill with will and if I see something in the store and ask will about he will tell me about it but will not put pressure on my to buy it. That I appreciate. That is the reason I will not go to the buckhorn store cause they are very pushy when you go I there. I stoped go to buckhorn for that reason. Will is a 5 Star employee that gives great customer service!!! Keep up the Great Job Will!!!

I was in the Verizon store located in Bloomsburg PA. William was the representative that assisted me during my visit. Will was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. Anytime in the future I need any kind of assistance I will be sure to make sure Will is the representative that assists me at anytime.

We ALWAYS have a good experience when we come to the Verizon store on Columbia Blvd. in Bloomsburg. Meriam And Brody were most helpful and very patient with us.

Mariam provided an excellent customer service experience when I purchased my new phone. She went above and beyond to make sure my new phone was activated in a timely manner , answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with everything. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She also had excellent communication skills and was able to multitask with multiple costumers, so all of us didn’t have to wait too long . Mariam was the best representative I’ve ever interacted with at Verizon , and she is a true asset for the company. Thank you for all your hard work and efforts once gain !
