Purchased a Lord of Skulls on the online website for much cheaper than anywhere else i could find it, shipping was great and the tracking service was super helpful, the price difference made me nervous as a first time buyer, however there was no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend for anyone looking to do some model shopping for cheaper than most stores!

This is the only online store I'll ever go to for Warhammer stuff. Every time I buy from them, they have the item shipped on the same day, if not within a few hours, and always arrives a day early. All the items I've bought have been well-packed, no damage in the slightest to the boxes. Not even a crinkled edge! They have a fantastic stock of minis and paints and supplies, and frequent restocks. Their prices are better than Games Workshop, too. Absolutely one of the best online sellers of Warhammer you'll ever find.

Great location ,pricing and knowledgeable friendly store owner. Fully stocked with events and Friday night 40k games on the regular, appropriate tables and space for frequent hobby community members. I'll be stopping in alot! Big fan.

Excellent store. The absolute best. I drive past an actual Warhammer store and many hobby shops to go here for my 40k needs. Extremely well stocked and you can't beat the prices. The shop itself is super clean, well lit and cool. Looks like it has tons of gaming space. I've also bought from them online using both store pickup and delivery options. My orders were ready or shipped the same day. To top it all off - super nice staff. Hobby stores should strive to be this place.

Visited with my buddy to check it out. Great store and good guys. Stayed to play a game, we had a great time. Very nice selection of everything, picked a FLG battle mat for my wife to give me for Christmas. A little far from us but well worth the trip.

Ordered online and put the wrong address. They responded quickly and I got my order within a couple days. Highly recommend.

This place is a treasure trove when it comes to GW merch. Staff is down to earth, bend over backwards to help and very engaging on social media communication.

Hands down, my favorite spot to browse and buy.

There's generally a homogeny amongst gaming stores where you walk into one store and another, and you see the same products in each, with no real discernible difference in shopping at one or the other. This will lead to sourcing whatever you want from an online store that doesn't have the overhead costs, thus selling at a steeper discount or having the items that are not stocked anymore at local game stores. This store is a throwback to the time before the internet when you knew a store was the store to go to find the items nobody else had. That's a scarce ability, cultivated here intentionally or by happenstance. What RTG can do is create excitement in the shopping experience that translates from coming in to restock your paint pots into spending a lot more because you are inspired to take on because you can see the models and tools up close. That's in addition to supporting a great store that is attentive to its customer base. I make it a point to visit this store in person, along with the hour-and-a-half drive, every three months because they stock paints and items I cannot get anywhere else. If I place a web order, RTG gets me the product faster than Amazon or anyone else I would order from. It's a no-brainer. If you're a fan of tabletop gaming, specifically Games Workshop, you should check out this place, even if it is a day trip. You will be satisfied. Many local gaming stores can learn how to provide a compelling and rewarding shopping experience from RTG.

I really liked the atmosphere here. I am not an enthusiast, just a supporter of my partner's painting hobby, so I can't say much about the selection. It seemed like there was a lot, and I did notice that they had a good amount of spare armor, weapons, etc. That stuff was all well organized.
The tables were nicely laid out, and they left the chairs, even though there weren't any games ongoing, which was greatly appreciated.
The best part of this place was the attitudes of the people who worked there. They were genuinely kind and lighthearted.

Many people I know go on pilgrimages to this store. You can trade in your used models for cash or store credit, and the store is PACKED with product for the many warhammer games, and various other wargame/skirmish lines, board games, painting supplies, etc. Highly recommended and worth the trip!

I started playing 40K in 1997 when I joined the military. In roughly 2005 I stopped playing and in 2009 I stopped collecting. I have been out of the 40K hobby as a whole since 2015, when I bought my house and sold off all my miniatures, terrain, and errata. I recently decided to pick up the hobby again and stopped in at the shop to check things out. The staff and customers were very welcoming, and the store has a HUGE selection of items to choose from with great pricing. Hunter was extremely knowledgeable in answering my many questions on what has changed since I left the 40K community. If you are looking for a genuine gaming store that is friendly and knowledgeable, you have to stop in and see these guys.

Great store with a huge selection including older and out of print products, and a great assortment of hobby supplies, paints, etc. The owner is super friendly and helpful, and they take trade ins of minis for store credit which is awesome.

Amazing hobby shop. Everyone there is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Huge supply of new, used, and vintage models. Cheapest prices anywhere. Noah, the owner, goes extremely far out of his way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Hunter who works there is the same way and is always willing to have a great conversation with you.

Truly the best selection around for Warhammer products, more so than an actual Warhammer official store - super friendly and good prices.

This shop and it’s employees are amazing. A fear grew in me a few days ago when I realized a model I had purchased was missing a large amount of bits off the sprue. Having purchased the model a week before realizing this I knew my chances of receiving any sort of refund were low. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my beautiful dreadnaught. With no hassle they replaced that dreadnaught with a new box. I was surprised, pleasantly, and greatly pleased. As I build my kids and My own armies over the next year we will be using this shop a great deal. Even if it’s an hour away the atmosphere and general respect was something truly worth loyalty
