Smith's Country Store

I consider Smith's Country Store to be a major asset to our community. They have just about everything you need for any situation that may arise in your home, or on your property. The owners and their family also operate Bright Path Brewing in Jim Thorpe. Very nice and helpful people. Highly recommend

They have everything a hardware store should and then some!

A few times I've stopped in here on a hunt for random CRAFT SUPPLIES and they always have just what I'm looking for or better!
The employees are friendly and willing to help but more importantly, they're happy to answer any questions you may have because they're actually knowledgable on the products they carry!

Dont waste your gas going all the way down to Walmart or Lowes, support this business.

I love this store. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and courteous. Prices are reasonable and merchandise is quality. I assume that they are all family members and one of them looks like Prince Harry (very cute) and the other like a young Alec Baldwin.

It's a mom and pop hardware store with extremely helpful staff. I prefer them over the big chains like home depot and Lowes because the staff is friendly and actually knowledgeable. It's nice to have the advice and assistance you can't get from YouTube. Even if they don't have the exact thing I need they can find something different that would work as well due to their own personal experience.

Wow! Let me just tell you this mom and pop shop has everything. From pliers to washing machine hoses to bird feeders and garden fencing. They have dog tie outs, leashes and collars. They also have animal traps if you have that pesky squirrel or raccoon. You need a water filter? They have it! You need batteries? They have it! You need a staple gun? They have it! Brooms, Extension cords odd and ends...They got it! You can even get keys made there. I'm not joking if you need something you think they don't have, I betcha they do have it. Just ask. The owner is very knowledgeable and so very helpful. I would choose this mom and pop shop over Lowes, home Depot or Aces any day.

I love Smith's they somehow fit everything you need into an easy to navigate shop. The owner works the floor and the counter and can offer advice on any project. Skip the big chains and go to a good old fashioned family owned and operated store.

Great staff. Always professional and freindly. Greatest hardware store around and carry just about everything (almost). Don't waste your time at the big chains come here for sll your hardware , paint, deer feed, wood pellets and so much more. 👍👍

This place seems to have everything you could ask for! The friendly staff make visits so easy and their lumber delivery service can be so helpful considering I don't have a truck.
