I had the BEST experience with the Chalfont Collision Center!! Everyone there was friendly and took great care of my car! My jeep wrangler bumper was hit in a shopping center, JT from Chalfont Collision was able to give me a same day estimate and order the bumper piece. It was a quick delivery and installation. They go above and beyond there with the work they do and customer service! They even gave me a goodie bag with lots of goodies inside. I HIGHLY recommend them for any car repairs you may need.

This is THE best collision and auto repair shop in Bucks County. I’ve always had absolutely great service and excellent work. I recently referred my friend who needed an inspection done immediately. John, the owner, and his crew took such good care of her. She’s always had a bad experience with auto body shops, and was skeptical, but when her inspection was completed, she actually called me crying. They delivered her car to her home. Her car was washed and vacuumed. And then she saw the goodie bag left on her seat with Reesie’s peanut butter cups and other goodies. She just could not believe it! not only that, her car, which is older, passed inspection, and John alerted her to upcoming repairs that will be needed, but there wasn’t all the pressure and hard sell that a lot of us tend to encounter at other service providers. He’ll be there when she needs him. Let me tell you, it’s daunting to find good care for our cars. These guys go above and beyond not only in the work they do but in their unbelievable customer service. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have had the unfortunate need for car repairs 3 times over the past couple of years. I have taken our Mercedes E Class and Corvette (2 times in past13 months due to deer damage) to Chalfont Collision for each repair and have been very impressed with Joe in their customer service department, their interactions with my insurance company and the car repair capabilities. Each time I got the car back it looked and handled just as it had before the accident. Very pleasant to deal with and IF I need car repair services in the future, I will definitely be taking my car back to Chalfont Collision Center.

The service here is excellent! The sales guy was so nice. They are reasonable prices and my car was completely quickly! Also the repair service included a lifetime warranty.

I can't recommend this place enough. Fantastic customer service, plenty of follow up, updates on progress, and they even beat their initial timeline for my repairs. Absolutely fantastic shop and crew. You now have a customer for life who will tell everyone who will listen how fantastic your work is.

Ok, so very long story short... a week or so ago during one of those crazy wind storms a decent sized branch fell and hit my “new to me” truck, cracking the paint and leaving a pretty good sized dent on the support above the door. I had only owned the truck for a month and was pretty upset about the whole thing, but there wasn’t anything to do but get it fixed and move on.

I called a few shops and after reading google reviews on a few I decided to get an estimate from Chalfont Collision Center. JT had me in and out in 15 min with a detailed, itemized estimate and had me scheduled up just a few days out. After 2.5 days I have my truck back! Not only is the paint/body work perfect... but they called me daily to update me on the process/delivery time.

When I went to pay (after being totally thrilled about the quality of the work) I was told my bill had been discounted because they felt bad I had such bad luck with my new car and wanted to do something nice for me... I was floored. It’s tough enough to find a place that does great work, let alone find someone who will go out of their way to make you feel like they appreciate your business and just want to do right by their customers.

If you are in need of any kind of auto body work, don’t look anywhere else, just go to Chalfont Collision Center google won’t let me leave 6 stars... so 5 will have to do, but here’s 6 just because...⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Had someone hit my truck in two different places by two different people. JT was nice enough to deal with both insurances to get my truck fixed. His out of pocket price was just as he quoted me when I picked up, not to mention my truck was clean and smelled great. Will definitely call them and use their services again!

I took my Ram 3500 to Chalfont Collision to repair my truck's entire mirror assembly and driver side glass. The day I brought in my truck for the repair (1 month after they ordered the parts and did estimate), they realized that they're was a mistake with the other drivers Insurance company covering the repair. There was a mix-up and they thought they had the green light to work on my truck, but the insurance company was saying otherwise.

After calling the other parties insurance and Chalfont Collision it seemed that both parties had made a mistake. Chalfont Collision took responsibility for the mix-up/mistake and took care of me and repaired my truck for free even though it wasn't 100% on them.

They warrentied all the parts and labor they installed on my truck and I walked away a happy customer. It's not often a company will take ownership of a mistake and rectify it themselves. I did not ask them to do the install for free as I told them I was going to have my insurance (Geico) come out.

The owner John Reis called me back (after I left a voicemail Geico will be coming out) and he let me know I wasn't even going to have to go with my own insurance as he took responsibility and repaired the truck for free without me knowing.

I live in Chalfont and John earned my future business.

Someone hit my brand new F150 Lariat just a few months after I bought it, causing over $40k in damage. John and his guys did a beautiful job of putting it back together. They kept me updated throughout the process, used only new Ford parts, and gave me back a flawless truck. Can't say enough good things about them!

Just received our car and I could not be happier with the experience at Chalfont Collision Center. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating and their work was excellent. Wish I could give more than five stars. If I ever need collision services in the future, I know where I will be going.

I recently hit a deer with my minivan and they took my car in right away and work with my insurance seamlessly. They were extremely nice and helpful. They drove me home after I dropped my car off to them and then again came and picked me up to bring me back to their business so I could pick my car up when it was finished. The car was spotless inside and out when it was returned to me. They completely cleaned it out and vacuumed it! I was very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and work that was done to my car. I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently had my brand new truck (under 6k miles) rear-ended and I brought it to Chalfont collision and they handled everything with my insurance company. They fixed the truck and I would never have known it was in an accident. They could not have been more professional and nice. They kept me posted every step of the way.

I had my Nissan towed from Fred Beans in Doylestown they were so friendly and amazing a dear ran under and did some damage they went beyond to fight with the adjuster insurance to have the claim paid for in the right claim I can’t thank them enough I would recommend them to anyone needs work. They treat u like family thank you for all your service .

Honestly can’t speak more highly of this business. They were quick to respond, constantly kept in contact, and helped me fight with the at fault insurance company every single day! They were quick to get me in and quick to do everything in their power to get me back out on the road with my car. Hopefully I’ll never have to use them again, but if I do it will always be them!

I needed repair to the driver's side doors and mirror on my 2017 Honda Civic. I received an estimate which was a fair price and after reviewing their rating decided to give Chalfont Collision the job. John was very professional from the estimate to the completion of the job. His crew was very professional. The repair looks great and I could not be more happier that I went to Chalfont Collision. After we picked up our car we noticed that there were a lot of problems with the paint that was done by a separate detailing company after the repairs were made. We voiced or concerns with John the owner. I’m disappointed in myself that I really expected it to be a problem, but John really stepped up and made us feel 100% comfortable and made everything 100% right.
