Tried but True

Such a cute place! I found so many great pieces that were affordable. My experience felt so special because we got the store to ourselves. I loved the little play area for my son, and he’s loving the little toy cars you guys so kindly told him to keep because he liked them so much! Definitely coming back here again once all the spring/summer clothing is out. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to get that fancy boutique experience without breaking the bank!

This place is hidden gem!! They have so many items for kids ages newborn-2T. From onesies, to pants, sweatshirts, shirts, shorts, hats, shoes, blankets, sleepers, jackets and more!!! I was so impressed. The prices were so reasonable and the clothes were all clean, steamed, and marked with a Tried But True tag. There was also a play area for my 3 kids to play in while I shopped. The owner, Jami, was beyond kind to my children. She even played with them while helping me find items I was looking for. Definitely visit soon, it’s worth it!!

What a fantastic store! I have never been in such an organized second hand store before. Everything was in great shape and impeccably categorized and labeled, which made finding things easy. We left with a pile of things: clothes, a snow suit, a couple pairs of shoes, hats and gloves... The prices were very reasonable and the two women in the shop were so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Such a great spot! They have a variety of clothes and shoes for great prices and the place is so organized! Loved it there and had such a great first time experience. Jami is great and so helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

They opened just for my family and me last minute yesterday since we were in the area. How nice! Very organized and a space for kids to play while you shop. Got some cute things I’m excited about. Also gifted us a sweet reusable bag. I’ll be back for the spring items when they come out in March!

I’m an expecting mother of a girl, and on Thursday I visited Tried but True to begin shopping for my daughter. My expectations were exceeded! I found everything I was looking for and then some. Any brand you can think of - Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Zara - all were available in surplus. The shop owners were sweethearts and willing to help in any way they could. Overall, to any parent out there, I highly recommend Tried but True!

I walked into this shop and was immediately blown away. I would've bought every single thing in there if I could. Everything was so cute, clean, and filled with wonderful quality clothing, shoes, accessories… The fall/holiday rack was so perfect as well. Please go check it out this cute shop and go meet the sweet, wonderful family that owns this shop!! You will not be disappointed. I for sure wasn’t! ❤

Jami has such a great collection! All clothing are in great condition and super inexpensive. We love shopping here and always walk out with a bunch of new goodies!

I was here for the first time Wednesday. It is such a nicely organized store and has so many options! One of the best consignment baby shops I've been too. The two ladies working were so sweet. Will definitely be back.

I went shopping for fall clothes today, bringing my 2 year old and 4 year old with me. They were incredibly kind and accommodating and made shopping with two small kids easy. Their clothes were well organized and easy to find what I needed, and they were all really cute and in great shape!

Smells clean fresh. Every piece of clothing is sized, color coded and brand new condition.
I would never feel I could not put my child into these clothes. It’s a wonderful experience.
Don’t miss the mittens, shoes, booties and hats.
I could have stayed two hours plus.

I recently visited Tried but True for the first time and was so impressed! It’s an absolutely adorable shop that was clean, organized, and even had a cute play area for my kiddos to play while I looked around. I found a whole summer wardrobe for my little guy and it was all so reasonably priced. The owner was very sweet and went out of her way to make sure we were having a great experience. We will definitely be back!

What a great experience! The ladies are all a part of the same family and they really make you feel like you are family! Never too pushy and are super helpful! We really appreciate that! Really cute shop! The staff were so nice and they watched and played with my little one while I looked around. The prices are very reasonable and the clothes were in tip top shape. Highly recommend! My baby loved playing with the bags as I checked out 🤣

Tried but True is a gem! The used clothing is high quality...you wouldn't even know the clothing had been worn before. Everything is tidy and organized and really easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The shop itself is adorable and they even have a space for kids to play while you shop! The owners are so kind, friendly, and helpful. We love going there!

I have the privilege of knowing the owner of Tried but True on a personal level. This store has been a vision of Jami's for years. To see Jami's vision come into fruition fills my heart with joy! The first time I stepped foot into the store, it took my breath away. I just kept saying, "Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!" I was speechless! The store is clean, organized, smells good, and decorated so well! I wish there was a place like this open when my children were younger because it is the only place I would have shopped for 0-2T clothing. The personal shopping experience coupled with gently used clothing that look practically new will make you want to shop here and tell your friends!
