I'll be honest...BCUAP has had what I have always looked for and their prices are pretty good. A tailgate that usually goes for $400 to $500 was $250. A transmission that goes for $1,000 was $600 and had no issues with it. Anyone can have issues with anyone, I get it. Personally, I've been happy going here.

Purchased a used transmission for a Ford F-150 and a used engine for a GMC 2500. Pricing was competitive. These are not cheap. We installed and serviced both units. ... no problems whatsoever.

Went today and the guy at the counter was awesome so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for it and got it for me right away he really went the extra mile I wish I got him name

This place is a complete joke. We have spent an ungodly awful amount of time with a manager on the phone who refuses to listen and just talks over us. He has now hung up, put us on hold and made us call back multiple times. As we have now asked multiple times to give us the owner and refuses to. Thats who the owner has representing his company.
We have got a motor that was bad twice in a row. After the second one being bad the manger then blocks our number from his personal phone and refuses to answer the office phone when we call. Trying to get this solved and get a refund after months have went by of trying to chase these people down as they are avoiding our phone calls. (This place is far distance away otherwise we would be at their door step.) The manager gives all these excuses in the book as to why we can’t have a refund because of lapse time gone by and no contact. The no contact is because the manager blocked our number and was dodging our calls on the office line. Now that a good amount of time goes by he doesn’t recognize the number and picks up. Nothing was resolved. Just lots of yelling from him and going in circles lying and making things up as to why he can’t refund the money. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with the company. I understand things happen and we got a bad motor. Then a second one and then after that they ghost you.. That’s unacceptable and I would never do any business with this company again.

I urge anyone who trying to buy a single parts from this people's are the worst to do business with, they are scammer, they advertise one thing and give you something else just because some of us don't know about parts, and when you try to return it they find something wrong with the parts, that way they find a way to not give your money back.

Don’t like to write bad review, but it’s true. Be careful with parts condition. Make sure to get pictures before you will come if they are not available on the web site. Called 3 times before my tip and wanted to get a pictures of bumper, but each time was told that bumper doesn’t have any major scratches. After driving 4 hours find out that condition of that bumper is horrible.

This place is total jocke. It's sad I can't leave them 0 stars. I was looking for a gas tank and I found one at this junk yard. Called them up to confirm and I was told to call them 30 min before I come. So next day I called around 8 :30 am and they told me to come at 10:30.
I had to ask someone to pick it. At 11 am the part wad not ready it took them another hour and a half to take it of. I need to admit they gave me $25 discount for a hold.
When the tank got yo the shop that day we discovered they they cut of a plastic hose that was a piece of the gas tank. So the tank was piece of junk at that point.
Next day when I tried to return it. They refused to take with a picture receipt. The demented the original that they printed. Even though I explained that I'll need to travel more than 45 minutes one way to get it. So It took me more that 3 hours to return piece of junk that they sold me. SAVE YOUR SELF TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I bought a transmission that was guaranteed to work with a 90 day warranty. Put the transmission in and went to get the tcm programmed. The tcm was locked up and needed replaced and ended up costing as much as I paid for the transmission in the first place of $900. After I called over a dozen times and tried to get a partial refund they finally refunded me weeks later for less than agreed upon. Horrible customer service

Unprofessional. I am an out of state parts buyer and he just laughed at me over the phone because i asked for actual photos of the engine that i am trying to purchase. I just wanted to see what im getting. I guess its too much work for them and everyone wants easy money.

AVOID THIS PLACE! ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE A GOOD BLOCK AND CRANK. SET UP TO COME AND PICK UP. ASKED IF I COULD VERIFY THE BLOCK BEFORE BUYING AND HE BACKED OUT. SAID NO SALE ONCE I WANTED TO VERIFY IT WAS GOOD. AVOID AVOID AVOID! HAVE THE CONVERSATION SAVED ON MESSENGER.
