Foxburg Inn Hotel

We had a wonderful night at the Inn. Spotless and staff were wonderful. Highly recommend. Added bonus of surprise gift of goodies in our room from the local winery.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel on the banks of the Allegheny River. The room was SPOTLESS and very comfortable with cable TV and a very good air conditioner. Very nice bathroom and beautiful view from the room. The hotel is across the street from a wine store and next to a nice restaurant with lots of food options at very reasonable prices. Front desk service was marvelous - very kind and attentive. Parking is free and plentiful. They have a great deck area right on the river where you can enjoy a glass of wine and relax under the stars. I will DEFINITELY return here on my next trip through Pennsylvania. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed there last night. When we arrived we realized that we forgot a brush for my wife. The closest place to get one was about 3 miles away in Emlenton. My wife is in a wheelchair so she isn't overly portable to get in and out of the car. We decided we would make due for the evening. We went to the winery first and then to dinner at the Allegheny Grill. Everything was awesome. We came back to the hotel and the gentleman at the front desk said he had a comb for her. We of course thanked him We asked what was the easiest path for us to take the wheelchair out to the deck overlooking the river. He said follow me. We took the elevator to the first floor ( we were on the second floor) and he opened up a vacant room that had a back door right onto the deck. He said use it as long as you like! Of course we thanked him for going out of his way for us again. We went out to the deck and within a few minutes were approached by a very nice woman. She asked if we were the ones that forgot the brush. We said yes. She said that she had purchased one for my wife. She introduced herself as the general manager of the hotel. She couldn't drive currently but she had someone drive her the three miles to the closest store and bought my wife a brush!! I mean who does that?? She went out of her way when she didn't have to for my wife!! This was our second time there in quite a few years. We will definitely be going back again soon. Such great and friendly people and nice accommodations. If you have never gone there, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it.

Hidden gem and worth a drive for a beautiful, quiet stay. Rooms are spacious and have beautiful view of the Allegheny River. Winery across the parking lot and restaurant right next door with waterfront seating. Trail access from parking lot for walking, running or biking. Recent updates were well executed, it was a very unique stay.

Just fabulous! Our room had a great view of the river. It is a quiet gem of a place. No traffic or noise. Good food and drink. You never have to move your car. The grounds are clean and beautiful. This will be a regular stop on our travels.

Cozy, clean, quiet authentic Inn on the River. Spectacular view from our third floor room! Large well appointed room. Super friendly staff. Nice that we could walk to the Winery, get a fabulous dinner next door and a scrumptious breakfast at the Pizza place. We will visit again!!

Clean rooms with a view over looking the Allegheny River. Across the parking lot is Foxburg winery, and next door is the amazing Allegheny Grill. We come here every year for my birthday. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful location and A+ accommodations. We had a first floor room which has a decent view of the Allegheny River and access to a deck from the rear door. Unfortunately it was too cold to use as it was the middle of October. The room passed my wife's cleanliness test which is very difficult. Overall it was a very nice stay. They even had muffins, granola and water in the fridge for breakfast but don't shy away from the pizza place next door that oddly enough also serves a very good breakfast.

Wonderful restaurant next door foxburg grille. Sat by the windows by the Allegheny river. Also outside seating. Rooms were remodeled and clean. Winery there also and pizza shop and coffee shop. Check times because of limited help they have limited hours. Great time went biking on rails to trail. Trailhead is right off of parking lot

Beautiful setting. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean room. Everything was great and a lot of fun things to do within walking distance. The weather wasn't wonderful but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Was able to sit outside and listen to music at the winery even though it was rainy and cold. They had a covered area and heaters. Can't wait to visit again.

Excellent experience. Beautiful setting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decorated nicely and the entire property was immaculate. The grounds were beautiful. The food was great and the winery had a wide selection. Will return as soon as possible.

The staff at the motel was warm and welcoming. The waitress at the Allegheny Grill was spot on for service. Other than not being able to sample the wines at the winery due to the Covid issue everyone was real friendly and helpful. Reccomend a nights stay for anyone.

Stayed at the Foxburg Inn for a Birthday weekend. Riding bikes on the trails, visiting the winery & relaxing watching the water flowing by on their spacious waterfront patio with was extremely relaxing. We have to say Dolores at the Foxburg Inn was so warm and kind helping us with many appropriate and fun suggestions to make our weekend for a relaxing birthday away such a special memory even with COVID. We felt safe and it was very clean. Her & her staff were extremely nice and we will definitely be back. The only suggestion would be a room with a jacuzzi tub in it for a snowy bubble bath day. The views in all the rooms are beautiful and the hotel was extremely clean and accommodating. Small hotel that makes you feel like VIP! - Krista & Dan

I slept here in the winter one night by myself to get out of tge house. The room was stocked with water and prepackaged muffins for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. The gave me a great rate. After waking up i went to the breakfast and pizza shop for breakfast. You can watch the river from your room.

My parents and I stayed here when our power went out right after Christmas. The staff was so nice and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again if needed during power outages!

This is a hidden gem! I HIGHLY recommend to stay here. I know I will be returning! Great rooms, excellent customer service and the view is beautiful.

Had a suite for us from our dad and his girlfriend for our wedding gift. And it was wonderful. Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, peaceful.

My wife, son and I all have loved stopping at this place on our trip from CT to OH and back. Very cute little hotel in a nice little town with very helpful, friendly staff to greet you after your travels. They were able to provide a pack n play for my son just over a year old as ours was misplaced and buried in luggage. We loved this place so much on our trip in we set our navigation to come and stay for the trip back as well, which we are checking out of this morning in two hours. Rooms either offer a great courtyard view or river view with lower level rooms having access to the outside deck. Amenities include cable TV, wifi, two free muffins (Otis Spunkmeyer aka THE BEST), as well as a pizza place next door and a quick trip from a large gas station and entrance onto the highway. I recommend this place to anyone! They offer alot of discounts as well including AAA and Military, over all just a wonderful little place that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, perfect for getting rest and recharging on your trip.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch while we were in the area. The food was excellent, and they had a very nice drink selection, especially of local beers. All of the wait staff was wonderful. Couldn't recommend it more!

Front desk employee were all super friendly and accomodating. Great views of the rived Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Great water pressure in the shower.
