Milkshake Factory has the best milkshakes! Such a fun, dessert cafe. The milkshakes are creamy and fresh and not too sweet. They are definitely high quality. The menus are often updated with seasonal flavors. I recently had the Coffee and Donuts shake and I loved it. 😍 This is a great location. It does get pretty busy. My only suggestion is that the floors and tables could be a little cleaner.

Amazing outdoor seating with a view. We watched sunset having ice-cream with friends that was the best summer experience.

They have dairy free shakes! My dairy free shake was cookies and cream. Could not tell us was dairy free. Picture was my daughters shake.

Enjoyed my first visit to Milkshake Factory with my daughter and a friend. The place was very clean and the displays of their specialty items looked so appealing and delicious (can't wait to return to endulge in some of these). The staff was pleasant and friendly. We each ordered milkshakes were completely satisfied....a nice sweet treat on a gloomy, rainy day. Looking forward to another visit!

Have recently fell in love with the Milkshake Factory. The Jake's shake is perfect in all measures. Staff is always friendly and smiling when taking your order. The prices are higher but the quality and quantity matches the price point in my opinion. I can't find a better milkshake around the area. Additionally, no matter if you go to the location here, at PPG Paints, or in Mars the shake is exactly the same and just as good. They have it down to a science!!

Awesomest milkshakes this side of the Mississippi. Bananas Foster is my go to but I’ve never had one I didn’t like from here. Lots of toppings to create your own or even get a sundae.

I don't consider myself to be a milkshake "fan", but I do like to partake, from time to time. This was my first time visiting a Milkshake Factory location, and I was very impressed. Prices are just about what you would expect, and the quality is top-notch. The staff was efficient, and friendly, from the young lady that took my order to the store manager, Jason. I'll definitely go back!

BEST milkshakes ever! It is hard to find dairy-free anything that tastes like the real deal, and Milkshake Factory has the secret recipe. Love the cold brew shakes too, hope they make them year-long instead of just seasonal.

The chocolates and milkshakes are delicious. I almost rated it a 4 out of 5 because the place can be a bit busy and that leads to some chaos while waiting for your order. Last time I went, there were so many people in there that they could have turned it into a milkshake dance party with the right lighting and a DJ.

Small but busy is how I'd start off describing this vibrant and bright milkshake shop. While they may lack on extensive seating, the employees work with haste to make sure you're in and out and satisfied with your visit. They also sell chocolate for any occasion! Need an "I'm sorry, honey!" Gift? They have it, stop by and get a dozen chocolate covered strawberries! Need a celebratory snack? They got you covered! Take your pick from the wide variety of chocolate truffles. How about a "eat the pain away" kind of food? Oh boy... order a chocolatier milkshake and drink away the pain. With reasonable prices, hand-made quality shakes, and a staff that is so polite that they alone will fill your sweet tooth, I'd strongly recommend going here for all your sugary needs!

First time I went I got Jake's Shake because he had scored so of course I was going to take advantage of that. Overall pretty good, wife got a peanut butter chocolate which was also good. Unbeknownst to me they also have other things like chocolate bark and hot chocolate. Will return.

I've been here way more times than I should (both this location and the East Liberty one), and I can actually say that I've never had a bad experience. I've been cutting the carbs lately so last week when my bff suggested we go, I felt some mixed emotions. I walked in, sadly lamenting my lot in life while deciding which non-ice-cream treat I'd most enjoy (because I sure as heck couldn't handle a milkshake). When I asked if there was any small treat I could get other than a chocolate, the friendly folks behind the counter offered to make me a small ice cream cup with any topping(s) I wanted. Score!! I got a small chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and a healthy dollop of their delicious homemade whipped cream and felt like a queen. Also, that chocolate ice cream was the best soft serve I've ever had!

Delicious! First timer here from NW Ohio. I had the S'more milkshake. A tad too sweet but still enjoyable. I will be back for sure!!
