Old Navy

I’ve been a big fan of Old Navy for years, and have bought most of my workwear there via the website. I was on a website mostly because their extra hefty Big boy clothes were only available there for quite a while.
This day, I stepped in to do a return from an Internet order, and it was done, efficiently and courteously.
I did look around, and was surprised to see larger sizes now available there.
Would recommend this in probably any Old Navy.

They've stepped up their game... clothes are better made it seems since Abercrombie and Hollister have practically disappeared from some places... Jogger outfits are the absolute best in material and I love their t-shirts. Comfy and they don't shrink! Go Old Navy!

They have a great group of employees at this store. We had a few returns and purchases on different cards, and at one point, had to restart the process. Our associate Delaney was very helpful, friendly, and patient with us through the process.

The team here at this store is exceptional. I came in with hopes to buy clothing for a large group of refugee kids in the same community of this store over the holidays. All of the staff were so helpful and the manager was so gracious as to help us with some discounts so we were able to stretch our budget further and buy over 90 items and bless so many kids with new clothing for Christmas. While I bought the items for these kids, the staff here at Old Navy played a role in taking care of some kids in our community that are needy. I will try to always buy from this location.

Seriously the best old Navy I've been to probably ever! It was all very clean and organized. The workers were all very sweet. Even their clearance was organized pretty well and that never happens! Will be a frequent customer now that I'm in the area!

Excellent customer service. I was assisted by amazing employees at two different Old Navy locations. I have actually never shopped here but was extremely impressed with the quality of merchandise, pricing and again the exceptional customer service. Looking so forward to shopping here again soon. Thanks for the help and all the lovely discounts I found at Old Navy.

We found some awesome clothes here. We used a young employee named La'Shawna to help us. She had a good personality and was really sweet.

This store has a nice selection! It is clean and organized. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. There is a decent clearance section (that area is not so organized). Close parking can be a bit tricky during busy weekend hours but there are a lot of spaces in the nearby lots. Be sure to sign up for emails so you can get some Old Navy Bucks!

Overall, it was a quite pleasant experience. The merchandise was plentiful and most on sale or marked down. the clerk who waited on me was very helpful and efficient. I like to shop at Old Navy.

As a plus size shopper it's one of the only places I can consistently find cute stuff in my size. Great sales!

Great location and close parking! This store stands alone so you don't have to climb thru a mall to get there. Plus the sales clerks will help you order anything you want if your size isn't available!

They have tall jeans in store, which is a huge bonus! Cute selection of varied clothing and a really nice selection of clearance items behind the dressing rooms
Always organized

Went there to looks for a new pair of shorts and swimming short. I'd have to say, they're cleaner environment than the one in Sharpsburg (which they're currently permanently closed). All those clothes are in order and not a mess. Clearance aside is the only thing that's in a mess but of course, customers won't put it back on the hanger.

I love their stuff! Especially the cardigans. They are so soft and the shirts are as well. And since most of their stuff matches it makes planning for school so much easier!

Nice big store and really nice staff. Everything was orderly even though there was a big sale. They had extra staffnao the lines weren't long.

Had a shopping spree with the whole family!! Spent thousands there! They had a lot of nice new bigger sized clothes now!
