Rusmur Floors Carpet One Floor & Home

We cannot stop staring at our new gorgeous sheet vinyl floor from Rusmur!! The unique pattern of the vinyl goes perfectly with our mid 1800's home. Heather, located at their Ross Twp location, was wonderful to work with! She was so knowledgeable about their products and was a great communicator who represented her company well. Thank you, Heather! The two extremely talented gentlemen who laid the flooring, after doing prep work, were AMAZING in their workmanship! Talk about perfection! Thank you, guys! Because sheet vinyl is not as popular right now, we were so lucky to find sheet vinyl that we loved and installers who knew the technique!

We couldn't be happier with Rusmur Floors North from our initial visit to the final product. They have a very large selection and helped us choose the luxury vinyl tile for replacing the ceramic tile in our kitchen, and did a wonderful job installing it in one day. The workmen were professional, pleasant, polite and never stopped working for one second. We love our new floor (photo attached) and are very pleased with all of their personnel, as well as their service every step of the way. We highly recommend them.

We worked with Cameron who was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us make the difficult decisions on what product to buy for our 3 rooms. The installation team was outstanding! The Rusmur team at Babcock provided excellent service for our flooring projects. Pete was very helpful in choosing the right flooring for our rooms. We did living room, dining room, entryway, kitchen , laundry room and a small bathroom in vinyl laminate and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The install crew were fast, efficient, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I used the Room Visualizer on the Carpet One site and that really helped me in choosing the right flooring for our rooms. Rusmur Floors were easy to work with, had a great holiday sale, and made the daunting task of getting new carpet a breeze!

We replaced carpeting with hardwood recently. The hardwood needed to match the adjacent hallway and kitchen hardwood. Of course, the original hardwood color is no longer made but Cameron and Bryan were able to find an almost identical match. The installers, headed by Sebastian, were excellent. They pointed out "challenges" and suggested solutions and were very helpful and friendly. Kudos to all at Rusmur.

I replaced the carpet in the bedrooms/hallway of my townhouse with laminate. Cameron was fabulous to work, very knowledgeable and recommended a new product released at the warehouse sale. I was able to get my floors installed quickly due to a cancelation. The installation team did an amazing job and figured out a few kinks with ease. I am highly impressed.

I never leave a review, but Rusmur Floors was absolutely amazing and so informative during my process of picking flooring for our finished basement. I met with a local competitor and Rusmur, I looked at Rusmur due to the partnership with Costco. The competitor didn't seem flexible on design and Heather at Rusmur was so wonderful. She not only helped me with design, but helped me pick complementing colors with the carpet and luxury vinyl. Our whole basement looks totally transformed. She was so nice and fun to work with. The installers were great, installed efficiently and also talked to us about maintenance and realistic maintenance. I was so happy to choose Rusmur!

Thank you Rusmur for our new floors. We had a flood in the bottom of house and after the dry out team came in and got everything dried up Rusmur came in. They not only took up the old glue but moved furniture as well. The floors look great and Brian and his crew worked very hard every day. Kudo's to them for a great job. Would would use Rusmur again.

Great company, great service. My parents have used Rusmur throughout the years, so they were the first store I went to after I bought my house in McCandless. Pete helped us pick out the perfect carpet, came out to the house to measure the next morning, and gave us quotes for a few different options by the afternoon. We ended up having old carpet removed from two of our bedrooms and had it replaced with beige Karastan "PleasureTones" carpet. The installer, Bill, did an amazing job--we were really impressed with his work! The carpet is beautiful and luxuriously plush, we're very happy.
