I've had a great experience the last few times I've shopped at this store.

Mr. John Klein is a wonderful, attentive salesman, he tries to help you as much as possible and that your purchase is satisfactory.

I will surely come back for more.

Mr. John is still an excellent salesman; he has helped me add a new T bracelet and a new Victorian ring to my collection. Whenever I call him, I write messages, he answers me; he is the best seller, friendly, respectful and attentive.

When you walk in there are 5-8 employees ready to great you, then 1 will break away to follow you around the store to assist.

The store is very clean.
There were seats for those in your party not wanting to browse (or just waiting)
There were seperate men's and woman's restrooms. Each with a locking door and very clean.

This location is inside Ross Park Mall next to Nordstrom. This means it's conveniently located next to coffee! (ebar)

Tiffany & Co never run a sale and the prices do not change. This is nice if you are eyeing up a single piece and have to wait to purchase later. The collection seems timeless.

Their staff are all very polite and helpful! They make sure you leave satisfied with your purchase! My son and daughter-in-law bought me a beautiful pearl pendant necklace and the chain was a little bit too small. They were more than happy to lengthen the chain for me! Thanks!

I highly recommend this store because of Ryan King. My daughter is turning 6 and I just wanted to get her something nice. We were politely greeted by everyone. Ryan introduced himself and told us he was available if we needed help. I let my little girl roam the store until she found a few things she liked. The whole time Ryan was close by for questions despite the fact I am sure he knew this wasn't going to be a "big sale". She picked a little charm necklace after Ryan showed us all her selections. It wasn't a big sale but we were treated like big spenders. He made the experience a little more special for her and I appreciated that. Even offered us refreshments. I will certainly be back for future purchases thanks to this experience.

Great customer service. They take time to.make sure they understand what u want and are looking for. Jennifer was my rep. She was great! No pressure she just showed me anything I asked to see. I will be back. They even let u take a picture. Which the last jewelry store I went to (Jared) would not allow you to take a picture. Again. Great people. They treat you just as your would want to be treated. Cant say enough nice things about them.

Loved my experience at this Tiffany store! It was my first time at a Tiffany & Co. and the sales representatives were beyond sweet. Even when I expressed that I was just looking and didn't intend on buying anything on that day, they were still very helpful without being too pushy. Although prices for most items were way above my head, the reps did a great job of pointing out the more affordable items and different payment options.

I really appreciate this shop. All staffs are very kind, friendly, and professional. They gave us a kind and clear explanation about their products. I bought pair rings and sent them to other Tiffany shops. They made a professional arrangement about our plan.

Great store, beautiful jewelry. The workers are super nice and dont bother or pressure you to buy anything. Not a fan of the perfume, but that's ok I was there for jewelry not perfume. I love my necklace I got, and got a list of more items I want .💍💎🎁

I really enjoyed shopping here. The store is well stocked and sparkling clean. They don't carry all the same products that they ask online, but they will order anything you want for you. Sales staff was really nice.

I like the store layout, while they don't secure all the top pieces I don't hesitate to go there for staples. And the customer service is top notch!

Do you guys buy like wedding registration items? This one is very old. I don't know where to sell it. What time's being hard is ever right now. I need to figure out where I can sell it so I can get some money for gas and my children

LOVE Tiffany's. It's the only jewlery my Fiance and I Buy/Wear. Amazing quality diamonds and they are always very helpful to find the right pieces. Nothing but the best.

They repaired my wife's Tiffany bracelet on site and cleaned her necklace as well all within a hour! Great customer service!

What's not to love? Beautiful pieces and wonderful staff. It's always easy finding the perfect piece or special gift. Cleaning and repairs are also a breeze.

Who doesn’t love Tiffany’s?? Love everything about the brand and the Ross Park Mall Store, though small, does not disappoint!
