There was one worker, who was wrapping up with another customer. I was the only other person in the store, yet was not greeted, helped or in anyway recognized until I approached the salesperson. Then, she just pointed to what I had just looked at myself from the samples and did not offer any ideas . I asked if there was a discount or sale section, but she said no. I left. There was nothing unique or interesting about the tiles here that I had not already seen at the big box stores or Tile City. I have no idea what the prices are, but it seems that you have to get the salesperson to help you to get any information. Otherwise, it was clear that walk in customers are not welcome.

Worst tile shop I've ever been to in my life. Terrible customer service expect to be at least 40 min for a basic sale. Not to mention OVERPRICED!!!!
