Maryann was such an amazing help with my storage unit! She was able to answer all my questions and assist me with my complicated needs.

The units were very clean and well maintained. I felt very safe and my property was secure.

Great place ... Easy to get to location. The staff is very helpful and professional. The site is always clean! Roomy aisles make this easy to access your unit even if there are other people there.

The staff at this location are so friendly! I was immediately drawn to the convenience of being able to pull right up and unload. Unloading during a storm, this made it so convenient. Also, the truck usage is such a bonus!

The staff couldn't be nicer. If a repair was needed with the unit door, etc. they were on top of it. I have had a unit here for about 10 years. I will miss them. I highly recommend EZ Storage in Ross.

As a Geriatric Care Manager, I was coordinating a client’s move from one facility to another this past Friday. I didn’t realize that my client had chosen a room significantly smaller than the one she was moving from. Suddenly, mid afternoon on a Friday, i found myself frantically trying to find a nearby storage facility for all of her extra boxes and furniture….. knowing that the movers and UHaul truck were on a time limit.
From my first phone call to EZ Storage, EVERYTHING moved along quickly and seamlessly. The staff members felt like family jumping in to help me out…… they even helped the mover unload the UHaul truck so it could be returned on time. The whole time, the staff members were kind, compassionate, and exceeded my expectations……literally removing the frustration and stress of my day.

Submitted a form for one of their specials and received a prompt call from Mary-Ann. She was friendly and polite and had me signed up within 15 minutes. The documentation for the lease was all digital, so it made it super easy to do over the phone. She even arranged for me to get their free truck on Sunday to help with my move. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a storage unit to store my belongings until I got housing. I finally got housing and moved out. My time here was a year time and it was pleasant. Being able to pay over the phone was convenient but they changed that the last month I was there and now you have to set up direct deposit or goto the office. They made getting a storage unit easy and I always had access to my stuff. I would use them again.

I rented space from them for a few years. They have very clean spaces. I would recommend them highly. Everyone in this office is very professional and kind. Thank you for allowing me to store my belongings in your establishment.
