SP Floors was phenomenal from beginning to end. Mike gladly helped us pick out which carpet would be best for our new home, was very easy to communicate with, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Once the installation day came, the installers were incredibly fast and efficient and got to work the second they arrived. I genuinely loved seeing the finished product. I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!!!

Just the best experience overall. We ordered LVP flooring to be installed for our remodel and I cannot express how great our process and experience was. Veronica was our sales person and she tirelessly answered all our questions, showing us countless samples, and was great at adjusting the scheduling when needed. Just a wonderful person and a true professional. The installation crew did an entire tear out and flooring installation in less than 3 days, and were very professional and courteous. The crew leader, Edward, was the best, highly knowledgeable, he even came back to take care of a small issue that was not even part of their job. I would highly recommend SP Floors to anyone looking for a quality product and experience, with the kind of personal, professional service that is very hard to find these days.

Mike @ S&P was attentive, detail oriented, and timely with our floor project. Everything was laid out and explained very well from start to finish and the installation was stress-free. The house and driveway were left with no major debris or left over materials. I have already told my neighbor about them as she is looking to have her floors replaced as well. Will continue to use / recommend in the future!

I am extremely happy that I chose S P Flooring for my hardwood purchase. I was not rushed into the purchase and I was provided samples so that I could take home and keep them. Mike, a sales associate at the store, was so helpful and attentive every time I stopped by the store. His “soft sell” approach is the reason I chose SP Flooring. They were able to meet my tight time schedule of laying the floors before my new furniture was going to be delivered. After shopping around for the perfect amount hardwood floors, S P Flooring was reasonably priced, offered an excellent array of product and their customer service was top notch! I will continue to use S P Flooring for many of my home remodeling purchases. The floor looks great!

Just completed an update project with Ray at SP Flooring....kitchen backsplash and flooring and carpet for living room and dining room. Only one word is needed FANTASTIC experience. Installers for each step were professional and did a great job. Ray is very patient 😅 with questions and concerns.

My experience with S&P was one of the best I’ve had with a company. I had flooring installed several months ago and couldn’t be happier with the job. Mike was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process from start to finish. The installation crew did a great job and were very polite, respectful of my home, and professional. We recently had carpet removed from the basement and LVT was installed. I can say the process with SP Floors is professional from the start through the finish. We went back and forth with samples to see how they looked in the basement. After two trips and one final change, we finally picked a color and brand. The installation team was excellent. There was a minor issue with an uneven area of the basement, wasn’t noticed until the carpet and padding was removed. The team fixed it and installed the floors a few days later. The communication process from sales to installation made this an easy process for us. Thank you SP Floors Team..

Rick was great guiding me in the right carpet and securing a bid with manufacturer, he was efficient, responsive, professional and friendly. Dennis and Dennis did my install, top notch Hollywood installation with tricky curves- they were great too, professional and really took pride in making sure things were done the right way! I will be back!

S&P Floors had a great selection of quality products to choose from. Delivery was exactly as promised with great follow-up & support after the sale. When we had a question during installation Rick our salesperson got back to us in minutes with the answers. Can’t ask for more!

We’ve used SP Floors on multiple occasions (floors/carpet). From sales people to installers, they have always done a great job. Installers are professional (prompt, neat) and address any quirks that come up during the job. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure in buying my flooring at SP floors & Design Center. My entire experience was completely a positive one.

Ray and the team at SP Floors were easy to work with and the process was seamless. We spent a few Saturdays deciding on the Hardwood. We then scheduled time for the measurements, we ordered the hardwood, scheduled the delivery and install. Install staff did a great job, excellent craftsmen who encountered some issues around fireplace but were able to resolve. Since our family room is a step down, Freddie and install team had to install oak around the step down and did a great job with the finishes. Ray was always in contact and followed up upon completion. I would definitely recommend SP Floors.
