Three tries to get my mother in laws stone right, and it's still wrong. It's not fair to the families to make them fight for something that has already been paid for, and all they want is their loved ones resting spot to be marked. Holidays are coming up and it would be real nice to be able to put flowers in her vase since she was a florist. You have no idea how difficult you are making it for all these families. Wouldn't recommend them over asking a fast food place to do the stone.

Funeral homes will buy their products from Matthews so you'll be forced to go through them. They are often late on with their products and it's overpriced. Do not work here. They are awful, you would make more and be better off working at a Wendy's.

Approaching 9 months for completion of our order with no explanation other than the next 'estimated ship date', which keeps extending. Supply can be an issue, but communication (lack thereof) is the reason for the 1-star review. Word is they also ship in bulk and hold other orders until they have a full truck going to specific locations. Not customer-friendly/concerned.

i was basically forced work with this company per my mother's graveyard's requirements. she had a non-latin character name. their back office essentially refused to engrave her name in a typographically correct way - their "designer" kept distorting the glyphs i sent over to them in proof, and their "manager" was combative - trying to explain the problem to him was talking to a brick wall. her gravestone, in latin characters, memorializes my absolute disgust for this company.

My mother passed away may 2nd 2020 21 her name plate for her nitch was received at Matthew's bronze on May 4th 2021. We were told we would receive it by June 22nd 2021. We have called numerous times both of funeral home and myself and have gotten 0 response.. I would not recommend them to anyone.
And when I did finally get in contact with someone they were rude and hung up on me.

They denied an employee workmans comp who broke their elbow on the job and have countless other bad business practices. I wouldn't support this place whether it's on the employee or customer side.

If your in a semi/ daycab with a 53', YOU MIGHT AS WELL FORGET IT!! No body will spot you, traffic doesn't stop, parking lot full,to tight for a straight truck..1 word ,NITEMARE....

I am sorry my company is a customer. Their "new, enhanced phone system to better serve" DOES NOT!

Worst company ever. My son’s funeral was in November of 2021. Here it is July 2022 and still no headstone for my baby.

Unprofessional place. Extremely hard to work with; not worth your time.
