South Hills Jewelers is the best! Bob and his staff are always helpful. Over the years, my husband has gifted me some very nice jewelry purchased here. I’ve also had repairs done - one of my rings is there now for repair. They do a great job.

Outstanding service. I went in to have some watch links removed from a watch I just purchased as well as have some watch batteries replaced. The sales associates were very personable and were happy to assist me. The man who does watch repairs was phenomenal - he truly was an expert and resized my watch to fit perfectly in no time.

We had a great experience with South Hills Jewelers! They had an extensive supply to choose from and the employees were great to work with. Turnaround time for a custom made was 6 weeks which was great! I love my purchase and definitely recommend!

Bob was so generous and donated a beautiful silver and diamond cross necklace for our Spring Fling fundraiser. They are always so thoughtful and friendly.

My now fiancé and I went to South Hills Jewelers together to look at engagement rings in October. It was only our second time looking, and our first in depth look based on the style she thought she wanted. We were immediately put at ease when Judy greeted us warmly and showed us around. Judy was patient and informative as we narrowed down our selection, even as she tried on many rings she thought she did not want just to be sure. We settled on the Verragio case and narrowed it down to a custom band. Judy showed us various cuts of diamonds and after only about an hour we confidently selected and put a deposit down on a beautiful princess cut diamond. Judy's smile and sense of humor made this experience so enjoyable for us both. When I went back to place the order, Judy made the process easy and quick. The biggest blessing was Judy's constant communication with me about the status of my custom order. I was on a big time crunch and she made my day when I heard her voicemail telling me the ring was in- only a few short days before I planned to propose. A typical 6 week order was ready in just over a month. It never seemed to be just about the ring or the sale. It was about our special moment and story, as` Judy made sure to ask about my personal life and our relationship. I give my highest recommendation to South Hills Jewelers and cannot wait to go back with my fiancé to give her a picture and get our protection plan.

I have been going to South Hills Jewelers for over 20 years. I have had them, remove diamonds from a ring and design into a beautiful one of a kind necklace! Also they made a new shank on my Mother's wedding band and engagement ring and redesigned the the setting.( I inherited this from my Mother).
I have taken loose diamonds to them and had the diamonds placed into jewelry that had a missing diamond. I give the jeweler permission to create what he feels.

Bob and his team are amazing. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here, and they’ve been so great with their customer service. Looking forward to collaborating with them on a custom wedding band, as well as other pieces of jewelry. They’ve been so great that they’re now the only place I will ever go for jewelry in this area.

We have a Movado ladies watch that needed a new battery. We went to the South Hills Village Mall and instead of a new battery we got scratches - the vendor was unable to open the watch.

In less than 5 minutes we got a new battery installed and there we no new scratches. We drove past this jewelry store for 10 years and we are ecstatic to know the experts are here!
