CVS

Thank you CVS. We were traveling in our RV 1000 miles from home. A prescription came due and I was able to pick it up in Gettysburg.

The customer service I received at this location was exemplary! The pharmacist, pharmacy staff, and Liam at cashier knocked it out of the park. I was seamlessly able to transfer my prescription refill from my home store in Athens, GA to this location. The pharmacy rapidly readied my order in less than 5 minutes!

I recently had my first visit to the pharmacy for a vaccination. It was very smooth and efficient. The CVS website is very well designed and makes the process fast and simple without a wait. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

I have always had positive experiences with CVS, minus the occasional disgruntled employee who hates questions (there’s always one, HaHa) as well as positive experiences with the pharmacy. This new store is all around wonderful! It’s bright, clean, offers a more open floor design, is neatly organized, and the employees are more than willing to assist you in any way they can! Oh, and did I mention the brands?Yes! Their shelves are teeming with high quality, hard to find, name brand hair and beauty products for men and women! Definitely worth making it a part of your next shopping trip!

I have been going to the Gettysburg CVS for almost 4 years. For a short time I was on pain management and required large doses of opiods. Jeff always made sure that the medication was available as he recognized the amount of pain I was in. Each and every time the technicians asked if I had questions or concerns about the medication and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. I ended up losing my insurance and the medication I required was very expensive. Patrick, at that time was new to the pharmacy. He searched endlessly for the best coupon/bin code to help me with the cost. I very much appreciate the time he took to help me. Even though I have moved from Gettysburg, I continue to use that pharmacy. Patrick is a phenomenal attribute to the Gettysburg CVS. Professional, friendly and genuine. Always a pleasant greeting with a smile. If the world had more people like him, what a wonderful world it would be. Thank you Patrick and the rest of the team at the pharmacy.

I have been a CVS customer for years coming from Rite Aid who made a critical error in filling a prescription for me. I've only ever encountered minor wait times. Jeff, the pharmacist, has always been Pleasant and helpful. Some of the people complaining on this site about wait times need to remember that pharmacists fill hundreds of prescriptions each day and have to work out the Kinks in your insurance. They also need to be up-to-date on whether you are being charged a co-pay and how much. There are a lot of things to consider with filling a prescription. Sometimes this isn't always easy and it is time-consuming. And let's not forget these are humans filling prescriptions and not machines. As far as the shelves not being stocked... I have never encountered that problem at this location.

I've been going to this CVS for a while and wanted to give a complement to one of the staff there. I was going to do an online survey buy i guess cvs has discontinued that.

Rochelle who is an assistant manager or manager has always been very friendly when i visit. Recently she was very helpful when explaining about the deals on offer and how they worked.
Whenever I'm shopping and she's near by, she'll say a friendly hello to let you know she's there to help but isn't overbearing or disingenuous. Thank you for your help.

Quick and friendly pharmacy staff most of the time which I appreciate because I'm frequently here due to my child having medical problems.

My one complaint would be there isn't a single trash can outside so there is always trash and cigarettes on the ground out front. I mean, why isn't there a trash can? I used to work at Walgreens and we had 2. It of course wouldn't completely eliminate the problem but not having one is asking for people to toss it on the ground.

The pharmacist is very kind and efficient.

I been using cvs for years always treat me excellent. Answer all the questions. Alcia was a great help today she is very knowledgeable on everything that needs to be done with prescription and client's. Thank you

The employees there are very helpful and the pharmacy always has my prescriptions ready.

I like this store and I haven't had any problems at all. I find the staff very helpful and pleasant, especially the pharmacy.

This is definitely one of the better managed CVS stores. Pharmacy staff is top notch.

CVS has always helped me with my medication it's not always easy but they do their job and have not gotten snippy with me on the phone .
