Walmart

Hats off to the young man helping the woman in the wheelchair last evening (12/11/23)! It was cold and he had no coat, gloves or hat on, but he patiently assisted her into a car & made sure she was secure before going back in the store. He did all this with a smile, good cheer and wished her a good night! Walmart has a gem worker! All staff I encountered at this store are cheerful and helpful. I also like that the store allows the Salvation Army bell ringers to be outside.

My skoolie broke down in Gettysburg at the exit with the WalMart. We were able to stay overnight in the lot until the mobile mechanic could get to us. I'm super appreciative that WalMart allows this.

Stopped by looking for Distilled Water for my Cpap. There was none on the shelf, I asked an associate, Mary, if they had any, and she said yes, and she called back to someone in stock and asked them to get a pallet down for her. She let me know it would take a few minutes, and she would have some up front. Best service I ever had at Walmart. This was Sunday 10/08/23 in the evening.

Nice Walmart. If it's on your list, can't beat the one stop shop 😀

Much smaller compared with other walmarts, but it was very tidy and easy to shop.

first time shopping at this location. It went smoothly. I found what I needed.This place was clean and neat, and it was easy to find things. And it was very well stocked.

The docents here were amazing. So kind and helpful - the way they interacted with the kids was great! When entering you choose a child to "follow" through the battle of Gettysburg. My 9 year old girl (and I) loved it, my 13 year old boy... Mostly enjoyed it. I'd say it probably caps at about 12 years old (plenty to read and see for the older kids even if they're not into "playing" with things). Lots of hands on activities to experience Gettysburg.

Tip: we used our friends of Gettysburg membership we bought at the NPS visitor center museum to get in for free. Absolutely worth it!

This is not a Super Walmart. It does have a few basic food items, but it did have what we needed. The employees are really nice here.

I purchased an item which I realized was not going to suit my needs. I was able to return the item, and received a refund.

Great Walmart without any violence. Seems to be a great place to work as they are very customer friendly.

Smallest Walmart they have but it has had everything that I needed sometimes less expensive than other stores that I shop at. The people that work there have been there for years so they will remember you and are happy to see you again. Love it when it has all I need

we had to go to get a few odds and ends while staying in gettysburg. I work for walmart where I live , so I like to see what other stores look like. This store was impressive because it was well organized and nicely kept. They still have a full service jewlery counter available and the floors are mirror shine kept. I met a lady there she works for walmsry 25 years I got to talk with shes very nice and like me old school about her job and takes time to spend with customers . Great customer service skills, Linda 🙂

Just a great place never a problem

Was in and out in 20 minutes had to get a few items. Very nice store.

Store is clean and stocked well. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Found what we needed.

Always have what we need. Haven't had any problems with getting money orders. They are vary helpful and answer any of my questions.
