AVA Rafting & Zipline

We had a little bit of a mix up with booking, but Finn and Phil made it no big deal. We had our own personal zip line trainers! It was an absolute blast, they made us feel so comfortable and at ease for this being 2/3 peoples first time ziplining. They had some jokes along the way and encouraged us to do the extra fun stuff. 10/10 would recommend. I was worried that the fact it's right on the side of the mountain (the long stretch of highway) would dim the beautiful views but didn't even notice it. The last line is gorgeous worth the whole thing. Thanks guys for a blast

White water rafting- Incredible, Wes was an amazing guide and kept us all safe along with an infectious positive attitude. We did the upper clear creek. At the time it was a Cat IV, a few good drop rapids and overall an amazing time.

Night zip Line- Lily & Moose did a great job keeping us safe and were amazing guides. Night time was a unique fun experience. Only reason I’m giving a 6/10 on the zip line is the hand brakes on the zip line aren't the safest design. There was only one zip that had an auto brake out of the 6. The rest depended on your leather glove fitted hand on the line or the staff. Recommend AVA invest in auto brakes for all the zips to keep it as safe as possible and lower the workload on the staff “fetching” customers.

Overall highly recommend the white water rafting and incredibly talented staff.

AVA let us book last minute as we were passing through Idaho Springs and wanted to do some Zip lining. Tim and Spencer were our guides and made the experience amazing. We felt very safe in their hands. They also made the entire experience fun. The coolest thing about AVA’s zip lining is that it is off the side of the mountain, not man made towers. Supper cool!

My wife and I had an awesome trip doing the Via Ferrata with Lily and Sara as our guides. We're both climbers so the climbing was very casual and enjoyable, but some of the other obstacles were new and exciting and the guides really made it a memorable experience

Tyler and Lilly were great help through the ava obstacles. My friends and I are scared of heights but wanted to experience something outside of my comfort zone. They were very detailed in instructions and very funny. A great comfort to the guide. Thank you . And will come again.

We went on a zip lining trip at the Idaho Springs location. It was incredible. Check in was easy, we had done the safety waivers in advance (but would only have taken a few minutes if not) either way, check in was easy. We had a total of 6 different lines to go down and some surprise options, scattered in which was also very exciting! There are short and sassy lines and a pretty long one, too! Our guide sandwich was Sara and Nathan. I know you don’t particularly get to choose, but seriously, they made the experience!

I cannot wait to come back and do all things AVA!

I did zip lining and river rafting. It was a great experience! The employees were all friendly and helpful. Our tour guides for the day were so funny and shared history about the surrounding areas. Sara & Goose we’re such a great team and explained everything about zip lining in detail, not to mention they were super funny and made our experience great. Wesley was our tour guide for our river rafting experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made us feel safe and secured. I would definitely recommend and would come back again!

Even though we had to reschedule to a different venue on a different day due to too few bookings, the trip was a lot of fun. The guides, Lily and Goose, were exceptional at ensuring both a fun and safe experience. We had such a great time, and would definitely go again!

My company is having our yearly retreat here in CO and we went ziplining today with AVA Rafting & Zipline. I can't say enough great things about our guides Clay and Fionn. They inspired great confidence and made us all feel really secure and relaxed. On top of that they were really funny and just good people to be around. We had a blast and I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Last weekend I was visiting Colorado and we went to see the area of ​​Idaho where we could see the rafts with the letters Ava and we decided to go to the place to see what attractions they had, without thinking we decided to go rafting and we had a fascinating adventure loaded of fun, laughter and lots of adrenaline. Thank you Ava's team for your good customer service, thanks to the guide who, despite not remembering his name, led us through the ride with great professionalism and endured our laughter throughout the journey. AVA exceeded our expectations with their service and professionalism. We booked a full day trip down the Arkansas River and had Erico and Henry as our guides. They were both knowledgeable and patient with our group of kids and adults. They were friendly and funny, making sure we were safe and had the best experience possible.

We had such a wonderful time with Tyler and Gooze! We were with a group of 8 for a bachelorette party, and they made this activity possible for all of us! They were so fun and engaging! We will be back.

We did the starlight zipline last night (7/29). It was my 11 year old son and 9 year old daughter and me. What an experience that was. We’ve been ziplining before but doing it in the dark was such a unique experience. Tyler and Amory (I think that’s his name…starts with an A) were fantastic guides. They made it safe and fun…an experience we’ll never forget. So much fun! Thanks gentlemen!!!

We picked to try the zip line. Ava drives you to the top of the course, so you only have a short walk over to the first zip line. Which was great because some of the other places in town look like you have to climb up to the first platform.

Tyler and Clay were our guides. They made sure we had fun while being safe. Our family had a blast. Highly recommend!

The zip lining course was really awesome! 6 zip lines and a bridge! I was terrified at first but both Danielle and Tyler had uplifting energies which made it that much more fun and helped to ease the fear! It also helped that the scenery was beautiful so there’s a lot to take in while you’re going down each zip line!

One of the best parts of our trip. Our guide Flip-flop was amazing. We did a 6pm trip and were the only ones. There was never a work of cancelation. They are a go all the time. It was great person attention. The water was 37 the day we went. We did the shortest float they have and the kids were very cold. I would recommend neoprene socks. I have done these kinds of trips before, and your guide makes or breaks the experience. Flip-flop made this trip memorable and so much fun.
