I appreciate Ellen Fuchigami’s bedside manner and professionalism. She interacts with sensitivity while still being transparent. In a world where our health care professionals are stretched thin and burnt out, Ellen still operates with passion for her career and that is hugely appreciated!!

Ellen isn’t just an amazing human being, compassionate. There’s a big difference between listening and hearing you. Space she hears me. She works with me and trying to find out what we can do to make my health a little better each and every time I go and see her.

I love the staff here. They take great care of patients. They are caring and get to know the patient. They are also good about keeping appointments on schedule and getting you in and out efficiently. Ellen Fuchigami is wonderful, she takes the time to listen. I felt comfortable right away when I first met her and as I’ve gotten to know her a little more, I am very happy to have her expertise and care as my PCP.

I find it rare to find a doctors office where you feel like you’re talking with a friend and having clear communication of what is going on.
I can tell that Ellen cares about her patients. All the staff was great!

The nurses and doctors are Awesome!!!
I especially loved Ellen. She was so kind and sweet. The only complaint I have is about the woman at the front desk. On the first visit she was on a personal phone call for at least 20 minutes and she was annoyed that I was trying to ask a question about the paperwork. The 2nd visit, she was extremely rude again. Luckily on the 3rd visit the healthcare worker came out and took us into the room immediately so we were able to avoid the front desk rudeness.

What I like so much is Avery one there is so nice and concern, and get things done right.

My kiddo really enjoyed her visit with Dr. Ellen Fuchigami. She said she was really nice and didnt make her feel nervous. Which is everything to a 6yr old!

I have been in and out of doctors offices my whole life but I've always hated going because it gives me panic attacks but this was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a doctors office! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Dr Byrnes is an excellent Dr. He is always helpful and gives us outstanding care. I have diabetes and he has given me enough support to make me realize how important it is for me to care for myself. Because of his advice and diligent care with me, I have started working out and been able to reduce my insulin intake a bit. He gives me encouragement to continue. He is a wonderful Doctor and my entire family thinks very highly of him. Also I want to add from Lynn to all staff they are absolutely wonderful and so caring. Glad we have them here

I recently had my first visit with Ellen Fuchigami NP. She took the time to hear the issues I am having with my health and followed up with her own questions that led me to believe that she had a grasp of what I was going through. I felt very at ease with her as she is also of good humor. Working together we came up with a plan moving forward which is comforting. I got the feeling right from start that Ellen is a healer. I highly recommend that you give her a go.

Can’t believe the high quality of care we’ve always been given in such a small rural community. Dr. Byrne treats both me and my husband, and he has shown nothing but professional give-a-damn for our wellbeing. Personable, knowledgeable and actively troubleshoots our issues and never tries to rush us out the door. He’s competent, compassionate and NOT a cocky jerk like many PCPs we’ve seen in our lifetimes. Hope he stays at CHPG forever.

My visit with Dr Ellen Fuchigami was actually very relaxing and comforting. My girlfriend referred me. She made me feel relaxed and important. I hate going to the Dr office and get anxiety and nervous. But she kept me calm and had no idea of how I get when going to the doctors. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Would recommend her to anyone.

Wonderful, caring, general practice office. Dr. Kimberly Bentrott is the absolute best! Very caring, professional, kind, and smart. She takes wonderful care of my myriad of medical challenges.

The office is in a charming restored old building. A bit hard to find and hard to park. Allow extra time if you have never been there.

One of my best visits. Dr.Bentrott has always gone the extra mile for me. She indulges my many questions with kindness, compassion patience and professionalism. I've had a rough couple years adjusting to some changes in my health and I don't know what I would have done without her. Her caring ways are much appreciated by this patient.

Daniel is amazing at his job and he does great blood draws. So happy he is at our clinic !

Kimberly Bentrott is my son and I primary , absolutely amazing and wouldn't trade her for the world , as this was my first visit with a staff member in the new clinic I am happy . Thank you for making time for us s on such short notice , I know your are all so busy. Thank you all for being great and thank you for working through a this virus stuff . Dr. Bendrott is truly an amazing doctor. I had a variety of “things” to discuss today and we went over every single one with a plan, if a plan was needed. She is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. And so is her staff!!!!

My daughter saw Dr Byrne today and he was wonderful with her. What she saw him for was alittle perplexing and the way he went about it was great!! We will definitely be seeing him again. So happy to have doctors like him in her mountain town. 👍🏼
