Cute little European bakery. Tried the apple turnover, definitely was worth the price. They are a mom and pop shop, and definitely excel in service. 5/5 would come again

We visited Edelweiss Pastry Shop and tried their apple strudel and raspberry cream turnover. The raspberry cream turnover was absolutely amazing! It was delightfully flaky, with a wonderful balance of flavors that truly stood out. Definitely the best turnover we've ever had! Highly recommended for pastry lovers seeking a memorable treat.

Stopped in during an overnight stay to acclimate in Idaho Springs prior to heading up to Keystone. Owner was very welcoming. I tried a Lemon and Cheese Pastry and it was delicious. He offered to warm it and wrap it so that I could eat and walk. Flaky pastry with a rich cheese filling and tangy lemon curd. Highly recommend!

I used to work at the frothy cup 3 years ago and would come here all the time before my shift. I still think about their Neopolitan to this day, and come back whenever possible. The owner told me she got all the recipes from her Bulgarian family! Which I think is super cool, and is reflected in their delicious pastries

This place is sooo good. Excellent chocolate croissant....and the sausage pepperjack croissant is just the thing for munchies, pre/post hiking...or a hangover! Also they roast their own crunchy coated almonds. We rationed them as they were so good. We came back to stock up before heading out of town but they had just closed and our hearts were crushed. That sausage croissant is haunting my dreams and I hope to get one again someday.

A must stop when visiting Idaho Springs! Amazing eclairs and apple strudel. If you have to only pick one, go with the eclair! It's large and plenty to share even though it's named medium. Prices are great. They even make dog treats.

Super cool local pastry shop. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was stellar. Great staff who seemed to care about the place. The artwork on the walls was cool and also for sale. A great gem in Idaho Springs

If you like pastries - don’t miss this one! We randomly stopped in to check it out, and OMG - we’ve been back twice and will stop every time we pass Idaho Springs. Everything we’ve tried has been incredible, but the cinnamon roll is out of this world. She uses croissant dough and multiple kinds of cinnamon which results in the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had - and I consider myself to be somewhat of a cinnamon roll snob. The coffee is excellent, but it’s better with any pastry from Edelweiss. I asked my husband what he’d like to add and he said “That woman can bake.” For a man of few words, that pretty well sums it up.

Amazing. They were so friendly. The pastries, omg. They heated them up, right there on the spot. So ooey gooey. So delicious. We'll certainly go back. They have some house coffee, but nothing super fancy.

I was craving pie and the reviews and pictures of this bakery were so good that we stopped in on the way to Mt. Blue Sky. We bought a chocolate croissant and a cherry turnover. They were amazing!! So, I bought a peach turnover, a blueberry turnover and an apple strudel for breakfast the next day. They were still so good warmed up in the toaster! Not too sweet, light and flaky, just perfect! Idaho Springs is a really cute town too!! I have to come back!

Stopped by here while walking down Miner Street and am so glad we did. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the baked goods were delicious. You must get the cinnamon roll and I suggest you heat it up. It was one of the best I've ever had. We also had the Napoleon which was amazing and got a loaf of the Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread to go (also great). All in all a great little bakery in the hart of Idaho Springs. Make sure you stop by and grab whatever's suggested!

We stopped in on a whim and I'm so glad we did!! The strudel and turnovers were decadent with the right combination of savory and sweet 🤍 This will for sure be a standard stop for us in Idaho Springs.

Super delicious! This store is clearly run by a real baker, someone who really cares about the quality of the baked goods. The pastry is flaky and delicate, and the cream in the eclairs was perfect!

One of the owners, Larry, is friendly and directed me to the mixed berry turnover, which was delicious. Nice place to sit inside or outside and have breakfast and coffee. And there's a Little Free Library inside with free books.

Great day this place has delicious pastries. Cinnamon buns the size of my head. Generous sizing of turnovers, strudels, and seasonal pastries. There is an equally delicious selection of savory pastries. Gotta love a mom and pop shops. We will always stop by this place when I am in Idaho Springs.
