Stopped in the store with a couple of rings and a pair of earrings that needed attention. I expected to leave them but they jumped right on it and took care of everything while I got a battery and a new watch band put on my wrist watch. I'm grateful and really happy to have this store here in Canon City. Quality work and very pleasant customer service.

I brought in a ring that was my mothers when she was a teenager. I had her ring cleaned, and had my grandmothers ring, and my wedding ring to add to my mothers ring, and they did such a wonderful job in crafting a very sentimental ring. Now it will make a beautiful 3rd generation ring to pass down to my daughter. When they brought it out and showed me, it literally brought me to tears how beautiful it was.

Went yesterday for 2 of my items to be repaired. This is a top of the line fine jewelry store with a large jewelry repair team working behind glass windows. The service was impeccable. I couldn't leave my items for the required 2 to 3 weeks because of the anxiety of doing so. I will work on my hesitancy and bring them back for repair.
