Blair Motel

I have a friend that lives at the Blair motel named Wayne Neiderhauser. Through him my many visits have always been pleasant experiences. A few years ago some of the tenants were less than acceptable. I know personally that with Wayne's friends in the Idaho springs police department he has been instrumental in "weeding out " unacceptable tenants. You need more tenants like Wayne. I have great respect for the new owners Scott and Josh. Keep up the good work! I will continue to visit for years to come. Scott Lamb.

Our group of seven stayed here in March of 2011, using two rooms, with no complaints ... The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

No ac- had to request fresh towels daily

No pets, high rent. The bathrooms mostly have carpet witch means mold underneath. The mini refrigerator in each room is entirely too small, considering you only have a microwave to cook with and hot plates are not allowed you might think the mini refrigerator might have an ok amount of room for frozen foods but you'd be wrong. The heating and cooling does not work. Over 90% of the time your room will be too hot and just to finish up I'll mention that they raised the price of laundry because "too many people come to wash clothes that don't live there" really!? So people give you more money and you charge your tenants more for a simple luxury. Real smart Peggy

Rooms are small and under new owners they raised the prices and it's better to call it a motel now.

This is a long term motel not a good place for kids and the new owners are nothing like the last one because no longer quiet
