I don’t even know if I have enough words to express my gratitude toward this location and the associate Arturo. I came in with a few issues happening on my iPhone and Arturo was more then accommodating. First he was so knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to do to rectify my issues and in the end helped me set up a claim to get a replacement phone with my insurance. I was able to gat a replacement and he helped me get it coming in within 3 business day. He took the time to go through it all and actually was more then transparent with the process. He even explained what I needed to do to transfer over my stuff from one phone to the other and how to wipe the other one before I send it back. I felt more then comfortable dealing with Arturo and felt like I could have sat there all day getting to know him. I tried a few times calling directly over the phone to get assistance with no avail. The time and effort he put in for me was more then meaningful and felt like he actually cared for his customers and really appreciated his job and what he does. He is way more then an asset for this company and is a person I would never want to lose personally as an employee. I for sure will be back to deal with Arturo personally and for all my service needs. Great job and keep up the good work!

Kelly goes above and beyond not only does she know about every new phone but she also has great knowledge of simple troubleshooting techniques. She’s helped me with an issue on my phone bill even though she wouldn’t be making a sell off me she put the customer first

Hagan was our sales representative and I couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided. He was informative, friendly and made sure we were completely taken care of from the moment we walked in the door. We weren’t sure what we were going to do and he helped us decide and made sure we got all the promos and discounts available to us. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit this store. ☺

I keep forgetting to leave an AWESOME review for this Verizon location. It was a Wednesday; I came in because my Android all of a sudden quit working and I NEED my phone for work! I also found out I wasn't the only one...there was line for sure. However, each staff member took their time; they helped us one-by-one with very friendly service, smiles & laughs. After Janae's help, I ended up with a new iPhone 15 and have been extremely happy ever since. Thank you Janae for your excellent service, wonderful attitude and education on use of my iPhone from an Android!
