Kohl's

I have gone into Kohl's twice recently and the same store manager was working. I'm all too sorry I don't remember his name (last time, 9/12/23, in the evening). His kindness and customer service skills are end-of-discussion outstanding. He was so helpful in helping me with bed sheets, pillows, table clothes and so on. This store is worth coming to because of him.

Secondly, I am happy with the increased quality of merchandise in the store. While I would like to see Kohl's raise it higher, I've very happy with what I see in the store and the presentation. I haven't been in Kohl's in years and with what I saw my last two times in, that will be changing. Nice job everyone.

This store is well managed. Unlike so many businesses, they don't cut the number of employees to the bone. This store looked spotless when I was there. I thoroughly enjoy Kohls. It has a Sephora which doesn't help me but might others. You can also return any Amazon purchases here.

had a self pick up order for my hubby’s birthday. Same day purchase & pickup. first time using the self-pickup area and it was very efficient, fast, and easy. The pickup area was located in the back where Amazon drop offs are. you punch in a code on your phone and go to your designated spot.

was in and out in a few mins! thanks for an easy transaction. will be using this feature more often!

I shop at this Kohl's quite often even though there is a 2nd Kohl's closer to my my home, I choose to travel a bit further to shop at this store. They always have a great selection and the store employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I had like 2 people ask me if I needed any help so that's always a good thing and the lines moved really fast for as busy as they were.

Kohls had the best sales. What other store gives you cash to use on your next purchase with no min. Purchase ness?!

I have shopped at the Kohl's at Arapahoe and Parker for over 20 year's. The kindness and politeness of all of the associates has always been amazing. In a time where brick and morter stores are struggling. Kohl's continues to make sure that they have great selections of anything that you need, and maybe things you didn't even know you need. Greeted when i entered store. First time ever! Nice customer service and help with luggage purchase and exchange. Don't miss retail but everyone should work it to have appreciation for what they all do through! I'll be back! Previously I used to only rate Kohl's as a four-star store. However I have come to understand by using the online services in the discounts and the codes that Kohl's is a very convenient online presence that makes for a very reasonable shopping experience because of the return policy. I had an experience with the return that went through so smoothly and quickly and I was able to get a product that was more suitable for what I was looking for immediately.

We generally go to the Aurora location on Havana but we had a few things to grab in Parker and we had not been to this location yet and had some kohls cash so we decided to stop in. Staff was extremely friendly and one lady even distracted my daughter a little bit while I was looking for a pair of jeans for myself which was very nice. I was surprised how much clearance this location still had.

The nicest employee helped me in the towel section of the store this evening. I didn't catch his name but he was an older gentleman that spoke with an accent. He gave me suggestions for colors that might look good with the new paint color of my bathroom. Very kind man.

I found quality Stuff.

This is such a fun store to shop at especially when you are a member of their elite club and mailed several coupons throughout the year to shop with. Sometimes they will mail you between 10 to 30% off coupons to shop with. It's really nice to buy my son new shoes that he will probably outgrow within a few months for such a low price. The quality of children's clothing is really really good. Although, I'm not a big fan of the men's clothing options.

I was sent from another store to return something and it was simple from then on. For going through all the trouble I found another item on clearance. They have a pretty good selection but it would take a while to get a good collection of clothing. I can also find many products for my kitchen here. Of course, I wait till they have their sales because kitchen stuff is expensive.
