Big Lots

I visit about once a month. Sometimes more. Always find super great deals. Store is clean. Employees are cheerful and easy to talk to. I like it here!

I purchased a mattress set and frame. The furniture manager at this location his name is Nathan. Was outstanding. It was getting close to closing. He was running around between helping me and an other couple wanting to purchase furniture. This particular night the alarm from the front door kept beeping. When at the register. There was an older lady and a younger black girl to ring us up. What bothered me was that this younger girl, kept cursing and speaking really bad about Nathan to the older lady. Very unprofessional. Nathan was Great. There is also a cashier there named Donavan. Always smiling and helpful. I wish I knew the girls name.

Great selections, especially holiday items.

Store is well stocked, clean and organized. Now if the store staff would reflect that energy. Tip to employees: you have to enjoy what you do or come into work with a positive attitude or you are going to be soooo miserable during your shift!

Customer service was great. I was looking for a bunk bed and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back to this location.

This store has everything . Huge location, clean and well stocked. Signs indicate where to go clearly. Great deals and one can earn points too. Their staff is absolutely the friendliest and energetic. The best conversations are had at the furniture department because we can try furniture and relax . Feels like home!

One of my most favorite places to shop! Now they've remodeled, and the stores look great! Their loyalty program is a good bonus...I had 2 of their coupons, and saved $22. Alot of their home goods prices (bedding, towels, kitchen stuff) are hard to beat, and are good quality!

These people Rock with a Capital R . They really helped me out with my furniture purchases! They were patient and worked very quick. I was so lucky to have gone through them. Thank you so much Big Lots for having these wonderful people on the your team!

I just want to take a moment to recognize a very fun and professional manager named Tamara I have shopped in the bigs lots and she is always so friendly and nice and she is always working so hard this young lady definitely deserves a promotion and pay raise now days it’s rear to come across Amazing customer service and a great asset to the company.

I can find things here that you can't find in other stores and It usually surprises me. Plus, reasonable prices. ☺👍

Went furniture shopping here the other day with my girlfriend and was very happy they actually were able to help us out like they did! Dustin took care of us and he was beyond awesome! He helped us out getting the couch and coffee table set we wanted and went above and beyond in customer service! Very nice guy and he made our day, thanks Dustin!

Biggest and cleanest big lots I’ve been in

Just went in to browse and there was a great sale going on. Bought some beautiful juice and water glasses. Staff was very friendly.

Cute home decor. Lots of options new girl training at check out was kind and doing a good job.

Luke from customer service was amazing! We wanted a couch but it was not in stock so he found a way to get us the piece we needed so we could have the couch on the same day. Luke deserves a raise for exceeding expectations.

I had the best and sweetest cashier I've ever had and i will wait just so she can do my purchases I hope she passes on that sweetness to like people at King Soopers for whom are so truly not nice and would break there face if they would ever smile and be kind ,but thank you for this incredibly kind and caring lady you have there I wished I remember her name but I know you know who I'm talking about thank you so much and God Bless

Great deals on items, especially when they have the 20% off day. The employees are helpful, but seem a bit distracted. The store is a little messy and disorganized, but things aren't impossible to find.

Visited this location years ago a few times and hated it. I thought it was the worst location. But as of late, I gave it another shot and love it now. Very clean, organized, and orderly. Plus, staff seem knowledgeable.

Love the store. They have a lot of good deals especially on food if you're trying to do a party right away you can find a lot of snacks and sodas and mixed drinks for your alcoholic drinks very cheap here.
