Friendly, helpful staff, wide range of services, expanded hours, location close to our home. We’ve stopped going to the post office for the most part.

Clerk 27733 and Josiah (if different), saved my package!! I’d forgotten to put UP arrows and Fragile in the package, and Josiah found my pkg and helped me with that, just in time!! Clerk 27733 was extremely helpful in me deciding which option to choose! Thanks to them, my pkg got sent just RIGHT!!! Thank you!!!

The workers are always so friendly & helpful! Always fast and efficient. Have only had to stand in a line a couple of times. Parking can be tricky but there is a parking lot! Just a lot of traffic coming in and out because of the other stores

I have been going into this UPS store for couple of years now and they are always good at customer service and staff there are so friendly and lady on front help me shipped my package on time. Best service.

This is the Best Shipping Store I have ever used throughout all of the States I have lived in. The employees in this store consistently go the extra mile making sure your package is packed properly and arrives unharmed. Plus they saved me hundreds in customs fees, by making sure I said what I was shipping was a gift. Other stores could learn from their fine example!!!

Cannot recommend this place enough for shipping and mail services. My family has been coming here for 10+ years and have always had a great experience. Went in there today, 12/17, to process an Amazon return and was met with excellent customer service. The team there is quick, courteous, and professional and have always offered a warm and welcoming environment when I come in.

Just had a great experience at this UPS store. I was running late, so I called ahead, and the owner/manager said he'd stay open an extra 10 minutes for me. What a lifesaver. Great customer service! I'll definitely bring him more of my business.

I want to say thank you DeepAce for allowing me to sort out the boxes that I needed to get shipped to North Carolina after closing time on Saturday. I was really working on a very tight and close time schedule. If it wasn't for you, I am not sure how I was going to get my family's belongings shipped to North Carolina, since my flight back to North Carolina was the next morning on Sunday. Today, we received 3 out of the 4 boxes that was set for delivery with the last box on the way. Thanks again for your patience and understanding!

My wife and I have gone to this UPS store for years. Ram is excellent in his running of this store. He and his staff are very efficient and personable. They can handle anything and make you feel they did something for you as a friend. What more could you want?

Tried Fed Ex recently and they were expensive, under staffed, and I had to establish an account, sign in to Google, figure out how to operate their machines, and who know what else, just to get a copy of an email printed!! Way LAME!!

I had a personal experience a few months ago with this store. I brought in a pkg with a pr paid label and i was still charged $10.00 to ship this package. I thought it was strange since the vendor sent me the pre paid label. I did let vendor know and they said i should have not been charged. I have since then decided i was scammed because i really didnt know any better so i trusted the clerk at that store. I have since then received multiple emails regarding my experience with that particular UPS store since its the only one i have used. I will not be using this store any more. Havent been back since that incident. I dont usually complain so i let it go. Please dont send anymore emails on my experience or opinion of this store and how its managed because i as a consumer was very dissatisfied. Please stop sending rmails. Thank you.

If I list the best service that I have ever received considering all types of stores and service points, this Thornton UPS store will be among the top two. And of the top two, I would put it as number one. The only reason I rate this so highly is because of Mr Ram (I don't know if he is still there). He is the most friendly and interesting service person I've ever met. Mr. Ram should be rewarded for how he interacts with and serves his customers. Best wishes.

I first went to the local post office to send a package to my niece. There were about 10 people in line ahead of me. I stood in line for over 20 minutes and there were still 6-7 people ahead of me. I left the post office and went straight to UPS. There were about 7 people ahead of me. However, I was being helped within 10 minutes and with a smile! Thank you!

The staff is welcoming, quick and very professional. I send out a package every other week for work and have never had an issue with anyone at this facility. Highly recommend.

Ashmita was wonderful today helping me get my passport renewal package together and mailed. I needed to use their stapler and scissors to save a trip back home. She also allowed me to drop off my Priority Mail package. Highly recommend (4th visit in recent history)!

Great staff. Super friendly, and they really well trained in shipping issues. I go in once a week to print a few documents, and the staff say hello and sometimes even go out of their way to help me if they are slammed.

I can go somewhere else, but would rather give this awesome business my time and money.
