The guy that works here is super nice and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. It was my first time buying a vape, and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want. I will always come back here. He is a true asset to this store!

I have been going here almost a year now. I decided to check the reviews and most of the bad reviews seem just made up.

I have been to tones of smoke shops during my life and this has to be the most friendly and welcoming I have ever been too. Every time I'm in there it's always smiles and friendly conversations. We always share stories. Talk about where we would like to travel and much more. Every conversation I has or have overheard have been polite. Even when dealing with a rude customer.

While I can't speak for every product in the store the product I get has always been great and for a great price. Almost 1$ cheaper then other stores around. They have even done custom orders for me on products they don't have and have started making sure they get extra product that I usually come in and purchase to make sure they always have some available

Overall they have treated me like family and has always made me and others feel welcomed. I recommend this smoke shop over any other shops nearby

I have been coming here for the past 4 years or so and I've always loved coming here. Husband and wife owned shop and they are so friendly and kind, they go above and beyond for their customers. Very informal on sales and new products they've recently received. Decent prices and you can always ask them to order a product, sometimes may cost a little extra depending on what it is but this place is well worth coming too(:

I personally just had a wonderful experience with this shop and I recommend it so much it's not even funny. I was looking to buy a new water pipe and had just come from the dispensary across the street. Their selection is terrible and they trapped me into a purchase I didn't want. So, I came over to Cigarettes and Gifts and saw they were closed. I was sad about that but then the shop person motioned for me to go ahead and come on in. She stayed open for me! She even talked me through all the different products they had, let me know there was a sale going on, showed me options, and actually made recommendations suited for me even though she just met me! Like, I was looking at dark blue pipes and liked them but found another pipe I really liked. I decided to get the other pipe, but then she suggested a pipe that was the same, but had some dark blue hues in it. LOVE IT! Thank you so much! You turned what was shaping up to be a bad night into a really good night. Thank you again.

I went in today to purchase a vape for my brother and myself. I haven't had good experiences at other stores because they can't answer my questions and I always get sold wrong pods.

I decided to give this place a try and wS not disappointed!! The owner was awesome!! She took the time to explain the vapes, coils, pods, and juice in details. She was patient, kind, and very friendly. I will only be going back to this store a d recommend everyone go check it out!

5 star's are only because the lady working there is so very kind. People just aren't friendly anymore, so when I encounter kind people I really appreciate it 💕

I rarely get my cigarettes anywhere else. I've developed a relationship with them, and actually love my new friends. One of them gave me good advise on non-narcotic pain relief. They are kind to me, even though I had dreads in my hair for a few years. Hey F. 💞🤗🤪😀

Diverse collection with a variety of attachment options available. Knowledgeable & proactive customer service and reasonable prices. Don't let looks decieve because I didn't think that this would be a good find, but in fact it was a great fine. If I lived closer I would gaurantee a return visit.

The people work there are such Good people my words cant describe it . They have a wide range of cigarettes hookah pipes at Good prices. I'd recommend everyone in Denver to shop there for cigarettes ect .
