Santiago’s Mexican Restaurant

The food and price are outstanding - best green chile in town. However, they need to make this more of a restaurant and less of a take-out place like the one in Brighton. They have booths but no servers and usually serve you with to-go boxes and plastic forks instead of plates and silverware, even if you tell them you are dining in. In any case, really really excellent food. I'll keep coming back a lot.

I typically use the mobile app to order, it's quick and easy and you can go right to the drive thru and pick it up. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

So they moved to a new location in the same shopping center. The food was good and the staff was friendly. I Wish inside seating was like the brighton location. With a wait staff.

Ok, admittedly, you don't go here for the atmosphere, with the exception of how impressive it is. I've hit 3 of the Santiago's, always for the breakfast burritos, of course. We usually hit this one on the way out of town headed to S Dakota. Fuels you up for the drive!

Be aware that you can choose either the burrito of the day, or the burrito of the day (contents), but it's never disappointing. The real choice is hot or mild, or a combo of both.

This last time, we got 2 qts of the green chile, which is amazing. We ate part with chips, and saved the rest for the remainder of the trip. Totally worth it!!!

Super good breakfast food!!! If you get a breakfast burrito the meat changes thru the week. Highly recommend for inexpensive good Mexican food. Got there around 11am and there wasn’t a long line and we got our food fast! Definitely go back for more!!!

Food is bomb if you don't like it you're just a hater don't go there then more for me.. And thanks too the staff for always being quick and nice and friendly, think I'll head there right now😋😋

I always get the carnita street tacos with a side of chicharones and the half and half Chile. Oh so good.

I have been outside the USA for 2 years. I landed at DIA and drove Strait there. Yummy.. just like before!!!

Santiago's will always be in my top five, but they have fallen from number one due to the breakfast burritos going down hill unfortunately... it has gotten to the point of mostly being eggs and potatoes now days, but they have me hooked on the green chili so I have switched up my norm to chicken and rice with cheese and chili, spot on!!

First time to Colorado, from airport to a Fort Collins and this stop was exactly what we needed! Great food and service!! No more hangry travelers 😜

Fast & friendly service! Food is da BOMB!!

My sister loves Santiago's and convinced me to give them a try. The lobby seemed clean, the gal taking our order seemed to lack basic social skills, but at least got the order right, the food was delicious and- most importantly for me- wasn't spicy at all. I cannot do anything spicy AT ALL- so I am always nervous ordering Mexican food- but the things she said were not hot- really weren't!!
We enjoyed smothered beef and bean burritos, stuffed sopapillas and dessert sopapillas with honey. Delicious!!
