I visited Office Max to buy an office chair in Brighton. They had a great variety and prices to match. My associate's name was David and he was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. No pressure and was willing to answer any questions I had. Very professional.

They had what i needed at my local store, the gal that took my call went and checked to make sure and held it for me! Very friendly and price matched the one in store to the online price for me!!

The customer service is always outstanding! Just had some printing done; the young man who helped us did a fantastic job of making a few corrections on the work we'd brought in. He was able to manipulate my original documents to work with their printer and made sure we were happy with the end result before he made the final copies. He also helped other customers who came in needing assistance with a courteous attitude, while he was working on our project. Cudos to Office Depot for hiring some intelligent, friendly people!
