I walked in looking for a specific basketball and pair of shoes for my husband. Spencer in the shoe department was so nice and kind to help me! We couldn't find the specific basketball I wanted at first and he took the time to grab a ladder and look on the top shelf for me! We eventually found it :)
Spencer also helped me order a pair of shoes in store for my husband! Thank you for the superb customer service and helping me with the items I was looking for!

Went in to buy my husband some workout equipment for Father’s Day, Ben was really helpful and was able to get us all the items we were trying to purchase a very timely manner. He helped us take everything to check out an even helped us load everything into our car. Very friendly guy.

Normally dont like this store. But i think they finally have some good people starting to work there. Ben helped out a lot. Very knowledgeable about hunting, fishing, and camping. He then helped carry my very fairly priced Blackstone to my truck. 5 star service.

I was just at this location for Lumber Jack pellets (best pellets for your pellet grill btw), ended up looking at bicycles for my soon to be 3yr old daughter as well. We talked to the store manager who was extremely helpful. This guy is the text book example of great customer service. Showed us exactly where the wood pellets were (versus pointing in a direction), then carefully explained the ins and outs of picking out a bike and a bicycle helmet. Overall he spent 30+ minutes with us making sure we had exactly what we needed. The prices were pretty good, the customer service was excellent and my wife and I will make this our permanent store to shop at when we are shopping Dick's Sporting Goods.

Alex was very helpful with the punching bag we got. He brought it to the front and loaded it in our vehicle.

I am huge on customer service. The person who answered the phone directed me to the right department in less than 10 seconds. After speaking with the golf rep for about 3 minutes, he advised me of a solution to my problem but politely explained he was not a manager and could not make the final decision. He gave me the time to call back to speak to the manager and was extremely helpful.

I strongly advise going to this store if any assistance is needed.
