Good point system here. We always use our VIP points. Decent selection and a friendly staff. I come here for the New Balance 4e sizes and Birkenstocks in the summer. As the kids get older they want the brands here over the Walmart cheapies.

The people at Westminster DSW are amazing. Helped us with my wife, who has specific needs in footware. We drive all the way from Strasburg just to shop at this specific store and will never go anywhere else!

They always have what I’m looking for, and I am picky about what I purchase. I always end up buying something from their clearance shelves as well.

Enjoyed the shopping and the staff. I had some last-minute shopping to do, and they had perfect gifts!

Love this location! They are decently stocked, given the pandemic times. I generally order online and pickup/return/process exchanges here, and frequently pick up something else while I'm there. Good selection in the discount section. They are always on the ball, incredibly friendly and the process is always easy! Ran into Wanda twice at this location and she is one of my favorite people to interact with. She has such a warm smile and she's super proficient and welcoming.

I was at the Westminster store on 6/26/22 and was helped by the very competent store manager, Teresa. The size of the shoe I wanted was not in stock at Westminster, so she searched online and then double checked by phone to see if it was available at any nearby stores. When she found that it wasn't, she was able to complete a somewhat complicated order for me so I wouldn't lose out on the coupon discount that expired that day. Greatly appreciated!

I went in to look for shoes for my dress for my daughter's wedding. I wanted heels but relized that they weren't for me. The workers were more than helpful and guided me to the flats lol.😉 But I got the most perfect shoes and couldn't be more happier 😁💕 kudos ladies n thanks again 💗

We shopped there tonight. The store is clean and organized. I was able to quickly find a pair of Sketchers for my Mom, which she tried on and wore home. Prices were a little high, but the quality of footwear seems to be good. The cashier was very nice. She even brought over a seat for my Mom to sit on to remove the sales tag, and encouraged my Mom to remain seated while we waited for an Uber. Mom is elderly, so we appreciated the kindness of the cashier.

Leah helped me find the PERFECT (and last pair in my size) shoes for a wedding I’m leaving for tomorrow. I really needed her help because I was very stressed about not finding anything! Her patience was very appreciated and is uncommon when it comes to retail I feel like. Thanks again!

Good, at another DSW we were overcharged (sale item) didn't catch it till later and we're in this area on a different day and they took are of the refund we a ice pleasant smile. Appreciate them taking care of things.

It's a literal warehouse full of shoes! They don't have all the hype shoes, but they have a great selection of some quality shoes. My one complaint would be that the clearance men's shoes is almost non existent. We did find some good choices for my girlfriend in the clearance section though.
Staff was readily available and helpful.

It’s always a good experience coming here, the store is huge and sometimes the employees can be far away but that shouldn’t be an issue knowing I can walk over and they will be more than happy to help me. I see people complaining about not having anyone around but people need to understand that there won’t be 24/7. I had a good experience with Kyra! She came to get my shoes to hold them up front the both times I had them carrying around :)

On Tuesday, December 10, at approximately 3:45/4pm I went to DSW Westminster in a mad rush to purchase a pair of boots. Beforehand, I called ahead of time to see if a specific pair was in stock in my size and I believe I spoke with a nice employee named Alessandra. I believe her and another friendly employee found the boot and placed it on hold for me. When I got there, all of the employees were so nice and friendly. I ended up purchasing a different pair than I originally requested, and I was absolutely amazed at how great and helpful everyone was. Unfortunately, I can only remember Alessandra and I want to say another name was Lizette? I don’t recall the name of the employee that was about to leave and also the other one that assisted me in finding the last pair of 8.5 Unisa boot. Thank you to all of you there that day that assisted me in some way!!

DSW has a good selection of casual and dress shoes for men women. They also have a rewards program to get discounts on shoes ask the customer service rep for details. The store will send you emails and they will have your discount rewards information in their system at the registers.

Great place! Store is clean and well organized. I was unable to find what I went for but grandkid found about four different pairs of shoes and a backpack. We got the backpack so he's happy.

Kept clean and the staff is super helpful! They didn’t have my size in stock but the helped me place an order for it online and free shipping to get it delivered to me instead of having to come back to pick them up! Amazing!!
