Party City

I spent about an hour and a half in party city tonight mainly because the people were so helpful and so determined that I was going to find exactly what I was looking for. Several people asked me in a very polite and kind fashion if I was getting enough assistance if I need help finding anything but not in an obtrusive disingenuous sort of way but in a superduper helpful fantastic way. There were several people who provided notable customer service and helped me find items for two different occasions one related to Halloween and one related to another event that is costumed. They had a ton of fun and original Halloween stuff that I haven’t seen other places which really surprised me. This is maybe the second or third time I’ve ever been into a party city and I underestimated the offerings and fantastic things I would find. I have to say that the stuff was above average way way above average and how kind and polite and helpful they were. A woman I believe to be the manager was also exceptional focused and kind and made sure that I had a great experience. Thanks party city you surprised me!

Desirae greeted me immediately with a smile and everyone else who walked through the door after. She did a great job helping me pick out the balloons and explain the packages available. She was super efficient and friendly.

Great place to shop for all occasions. Great service prices are a little high, and we can get 10 candies for a dollar. Lol

The staff was so helpful . Any question we had was politely answered, and they showed us to the product. That being said the entire staff was so helpful when the moving door closed and knocked my handicapped husband to the floor. In turning around to help my husband I fell too. The staff came running to make sure we were ok and helped us up and then to our car, constantly making sure we were ok. Thank you so much to your staff for being so helpful.

Always a fun time shopping here. Definitely has pretty much anything I need for a party. Only issues I have ever had involved balloons.

In visiting 92nd / Sheridan in Westminster, CO, It has been very disappointing because of how much they have reduced their inventory. What percentage would they admit to if asked. Previously you would not walk away without purchasing something and almost always meeting the need that took you there. Recently 2 out of 2 visits my need was not met....DISAPPOINTING!!!

Hadn't been to this new set up at this particular store. Much cleaner and not cluttered and everything runs smoother thanks to having a separate balloon center and not behind the cash registers anymore.

Came in to get bachlorette party supplies and they have a really great selection. Also a super helpful staff - one guy actually dug around and helped me find more of something I really wanted. Thanks guys!

Always busy on weekends!! So order your balloon orders before hand. Staff is nice. This place has everything you need for anniversary, birthday or office parties.
