When buying a new vehicle it was nice not to have pressure about a deal. Our shopping was hassle free and we felt great about our selection of two new vehicles. It is always hopeful that there are no manufacturer problems but when there are it is critical that you can trust the dealership to respond with immediate assistance in identifying the problem and getting it resolved as quickly as possible. The team at Edd Rogers in Sparta was on top of everything, from our salesperson Mike Hale, to Ronnie Rogers and his shop crew and owner Eddie Rogers was involved personally in addressing our issues. Our problems were given top priority in any way we could ask. Very satisfied so far with our GMC Denali Truck and Buick Enclave Avenir.

well never bought a car there I talked to sales men a couple times and they were polite and not pushy. I have all my work on my car done at Ed Rogers if I don't do it my own auto shop. I was I was in an accident about 3 years ago so now I'm limited on what I can do in my own shop I don't do body work so if I have an accident I take it there and their service Manager Billy there. he's a great guy and he'll take care of you

I have a 2019 Chevy Tahoe...this is the first time I've ever had to go-to a Chevrolet dealership.
