Had a great experience due to one of the employees, Yvette. She had such a sincere and warm demeanor and is super efficient. This location has lots of employees to help you look for stuff and every time I come here my questions are answered.

Office Depot in Clarksville, TN has an awesome employee working in their print area. Her name is Sam! I went in to create and purchase business cards and a banner. Sam was very professional, kind and courteous in her assistance with me. She is very knowledgeable and through in the products and software used to create business cards and banners. I can not say enough good things about Sam. I was very impressed with her work ethic and professionalism. If you need something from Office Depot, I recommend ask for Sam. She will get you on the right track and you will be 100% satisfied with your order. I know she did an extraordinary job for me. Thank you Sam!

This place is always clean and friendly. I use mainly for the print shop very affordable copies and tech friendly. They have access to email and you can bring your external drive to get copies a host of others options in the print center, FedEx and USPS first class mail. It's located in the heart of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. The associate today was very friendly and a true multi Tasker. She waited on everyone and didn't miss a beat. You can't pay for priceless service and someone who knows what they are doing. She held it down.

I can always find what I need here. Did you know that they sale postage stamps too? Well they do. It saved me a trip to the post office which was a big-time saver.

The manager, Joe, was both helpful, and patient. He found the exact item I was looking for, which was not on the floor, and recommended an additional hot seller that went with my purchase. Joe also briefed me on and recommended that I become a member of the Rewards Program. And it was not just me because I saw him treat another customer ahead of me exactly the same. Finally, he had an associate take my filing cabinet out to my PU truck. Great store and leadership.

Hi everyone, so my experience at the Clarksville, Tn location was great.
Almost as soon as I walked in the door one of the managers (Michael) asked me if I needed help finding something because it was clear that I did. I needed two items and Michael listened to my extremely vague description and showed me options that fit almost immediately on arrivival in the isle. The process was smooth and didnt waste my time and the answers I recieved from Michael were direct and informative. I've shopped here one other time for resume paper and had a similiar type of experience so this customer service is consistent in my eyes. Thanks for reading everyone!
2021 EDIT. So Bryce is an extremely knowledgable employee. I had a specific problem with finding a calendar and he let me know that they carried academic calendars that started the coming month so it instantly solved my problem. Bryce also informed me i could have my COVID vaccine card laminated for free at this location. Really great experience.

This review is to highlight an employee named Jamie in the printing/binding/laminating area. I needed a planner cut and spiraled and I waited too long to come to the store. She was SO helpful, attentive and prompt! She left me a very courteous message to let me know my planner was finished and was just all around a pleasant person to work with.

They were out of paper to print some cards for me when I ordered and the print department and amazing manager went above and beyond to pick up the printing paper from Hopkinsville KY Store so that my order could be fulfilled. Thank you so much!

I needed a new chair for my home office so I came here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The associates kindly let me know they were around if I had any questions and gave me my space. I hopped between two chairs for 30+ min and they didn’t make me feel like I was being weird 🤣. I finally made up my mind they quickly brought it out and rang me up. I had the chair for 3 days and ended up not liking it after all. I was able to bring it back for a full refund no questions asked. I will definitely come back once I do more research and decide which chair I want.

I went in looking for printer ink. The cashier was super nice and informative when I asked about the price difference from in-store and what was on the web page. They price match what is advertised on the website!

My recent purchase was my first time back in the store in a while. The prices of the items I purchased were good, but the best part was the service...over and beyond.

Great customer service! The employees asked did I need help anytime they saw me within approach . The store was clean and organized. Employees were very friendly 🙂 I found everything I needed. Highly recommend for your office needs ! Only downside was it was a little pricey but literally I still give 5 stars because the employees were so nice🌟 they do have bathrooms and carts too that is a plus🛒
