The treats are ALWAYS my favorite to receive. I’ve had the fruit trays, the smoothies, the cookies…all perfection! BONUS: the crew at this location is so friendly. It feels like walking into CHEERS. It’s always very clean as well, which is incredibly important to me.

The Clarksville location did a great same day delivery for my moms birthday! My mom says that the driver was sweet and they even added an extra balloon to the order! Everything was in order and delivered within 2 hours!!! Not to mention when you order online on the website you can track the delivery! I was able to see when it was being prepared and out for delivery so I had a good idea of when she would receive it! Well done!

They're smoothies and treats are very divine and are so healthy for you that they are doing an awesome job with the service that they talk to you while they are working to make sure you are great

I ordered an Edible arrangement to be delivered from out of state for mothers day. There was a delivery issue the first time around and the package was taken back to the shop. I called to set up another delivery and Lisa helped me. I honestly haven't had a better customer service experience and would definitely recommend using this business as your go-to.

I had an Edible Arrangement sent from Memphis TN to this location and the experience was very special and beautiful. I ordered 2 platters and it was beautifully wrapped and the fruit was fresh. My dad said it was so good and he was very happy. I want to thank all the staff so much for a job well done. I even called to add some more words to message and they took care of it. Also they called to make sure my dad was at home. Thank you all so much for making this a special day for us both.

Spoke with Lisa at Clarksville, TN around 11:00 for a delivery, she guided me to the perfect arrangements for my situation. Lisa was patient and kind, who knew I was on a time crunch, and was going to make it FRESH, and send it out right away. I have no doubt it will be perfect because of previous orders. They were delicious too. Thank you Lisa for great service.

This is my 2nd order for my sister who lives out in TN, I really appreciate this location for continuing to make her feel special for us. She missed her delivery yesterday and they came back out to deliver today. My sister said her fruits were fresh and I’m so glad I added the cookies because she said they’re scrumptious. Wonderful service! I placed an order over the phone today for a delivery and my order was promptly delivered in 1hr!!! Wow!!!! An excellent service! And the lady who took my order, Pat, was supper helpful and kind! Highly recommend!

I’ve received three large arrangements from the Edible Arrangements in Clarksville as gifts that were delivered to me. My first two were divine, absolutely excellent!!! The last time however, the fruit in the arrangement was beautiful, but really bland. I was soooo disappointed, so I decided to call and let them know. They were very kind, and all they asked was that I bring in the remainder of the basket within the next day or two and they would see what they could do. I brought it in, and the woman there explained they could make me up another basket; however, it would be from the same fruit that was used earlier. She said they receive fresh fruit daily from local providers and that’s the fruit that is used in the baskets for the day. She said if I was willing to wait, the next day it would be a different batch of fruit. The very next day they delivered a fabulous arrangement that was beautiful and delicious. I expected a smaller arrangement as we had consumed some of the fruit, but Edible Arrangements went all out a second time. Also of note, several times when they’ve come to deliver baskets I’ve not been home. As long as I’ve called them, the drivers have come back within 90minutes of me calling to let them know I’m home and I’ve gotten my basket—no problem. The drivers and store staff come across as courteous and professional. I really couldn’t be more pleased and I definitely recommend Edible Arrangements of Clarksville.

Lisa at the Clarksville location in Tennessee was amazing. She went above and beyond to assure my gift to my nephew was received in the best condition when no one was home at time of delivery. Exceptional care, kindness, service, and product was perfect!

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service! After finding out that the arrangement I wanted was not available online I called the store and they said that they had it in stock and made sure that I was familiar with sizes and prices before I placed my order! She was very nice and responsive! They also made the delivery within an hour!

Just wanted to say that I had a great experience because of Jen. She helped me pick a Christmas gift to my daughter & son in law. I'm in San Antonio and wanted them to have something to enjoy till their Christmas presents arrived.

I needed to correct an error on the address that the order was to be sent and Lisa in customer service was very helpful. She was also very nice.

Placed an order (online) at midnight the morning I needed the gift to be delivered. The gift was delivered within an hour of the store opening! Very quick turn around and high quality!
