Kohl's

Joan greeted us when we came in last week; she so happy/cheerful. All associates were busy with customers at the registers today when we entered. Last week Joan assisted us with what we were looking for and was very friendly, professional and encouraging. The kind of customer service you don’t find much today. I waited to go through her checkout today—she is so upbeat and helpful!

Stock was low. My fault for last minute shopping. The check out line wasn't bad. The staff is nice. Everything stays neat. No utility carts or equipment blocking access to areas. It is comfortable.

I had a awesome experience at this store, im a truck driver out on the road and i have a very important emergency engagement the next morning, their was no way i could make it back in time to get a outfit. I called the store and Brooklynn answered and didnt hesitate on going and picking out the outfit that i needed, size, colors, everything was perfect, all i had to do was go to customer service and pay! Thankyou so much!!!

A great store to go for good quality items along with fair prices. Thank you Joan for taking your time with us and introducing us to the Kohl’s credit! That was very helpful during our Christmas shopping! Thanks again Joan!

I was able to find 4 tops! Sadly, they had really cute shorts, but not small enough for me (size 2) even ex--small was too big!

I needed help deciding which apparel to purchase. Joan asked me what my job was.. i said i am truck driver. She told me to purchase the black fleece sweater.. "you will be driving and drinking coffee and spill it on your shirt.. the black one will not show as much dirt as the lighter one!"

Ms. Joan is my favorite sales associate. She is so friendly and takes the time to talk about your purchases. The store is always very clean and well stocked. I love shopping at this location.

This store has some of the warmest friendliest staff and associates I have ever met. They are supper resourceful and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for.

before our percentage off
I had a purchase of $79.96 with percentage off and then gave kohls cash and I had to pay $15.and change
I wish you would look at your store policy
Because your customers pay
good money to get kohls cash
and it should be used after your
percentage off
As cash not before

Crazy story... (sorry it is a bit long.) So I went to Kohl's as I walked in I grabbed a cart and as I started to walk away, I noticed there were a pair of sunglasses in there, so I handed it to the first employee I saw at a register. I then went about my business and went shopping. I remembered I had to return something, so I headed to customer service. As I went into my cart to grab my purse. I noticed another purse in my cart. I thought "boy did I grab somebody else's cart?", but then I realized I had just grabbed an empty cart from the front of the store. It then hit me, somebody had left their purse in this cart. So right where I was standing I turned it in to customer service. The employee radioed and asked if the lady who was looking for her purse, was still in the store. The employee on the other end said "yes, she's standing right in front of me" so they immediately sent her back to customer service. I was back there when she came back to get her purse. She was an older lady and just started crying, she said "Thank you for being so honest, I really appreciate it. There aren't many people like you left in this world." She asked me if she could hug me and we hugged. And she cried harder. She then left and then suddenly reappeared and handed me her $30 Kohl's cash she had received plus $20 and said. "Thank you for being so honest. You should be rewarded for it." I told her, I didn't need it. And I was just doing what I knew was right." She then again hugged me and cried and went about her way. I know my parents raised me right. To always be honest and a trustworthy person. I would never have used anything in her purse or done anything to jeopardize my honesty. The moral of the story: Always do the right thing.

Recently shopped at Kohls in Clarksville! The store is now so clean and tidy! Everything stocked beautifully! Enough registers open to keep the check out line moving!

Mary and Lisa found out my needs and exceeded my expansions to obtain curtains and a Artisan Kithen Aid Mixer at a great value.

The best Kohls experience was at the Clarksville Kohls. I am a loyal customer of Kohls this store came to mind when my grandson needed some winter clothes.
