The staff was very friendly and helpful . Such sweet girls . And explained everything an every step we needed to take

The most horrific thing I ever experienced. My brothers service ( or so called ) We were held outside the building for a time. And when allowed in we could not go into the polar where he was. There was a employee (guard) at the door keeping the siblings from going in. The director treated us with utmost disrespect,not a professional at all. We were told that there would not be a visitation for the next day. That was on his program. They also had him in a box for cremation,instead of putting him in something suitable for viewing. It was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful of his family, I will never recommend this place of business to anyone else. Nor will I ever endorse Luff Bowen Funeral Home’s service
