Dr. Nathan L. Brenner, DMD

I have been going to Dr. Brenner since I retired here 8 years ago. I am very chicken about dentistry and I have found him to be gentle, kind, friendly and professional.. I have had several procedures done with no pain at all. His hygienists are also very efficient and friendly. The front office personnel are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I know that when I have a problem, he will take care of it quickly, gently and without any pain. I have happily recommended him to several of my friends. I am so happy that Franklin has such a great dentist for us to rely on.

Today I had my 6 month cleaning appointment. I’ve been a patient for many years and Dr Brenner and the entire staff are always so kind and accommodating. My husband and my kids are patients as well and most recently we took our granddaughter for her first visit to the dentist. No matter your needs or past experience you will not be disappointed.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Brenner and his staff. My entire family has been going there for years. He is very knowledgeable. When performing any procedures, he explains each step so you know what to expect. I recommend him for adults and children.

The best dentist in this area. I am extremely nervous with dentists and he lets me know exactly what he is going to do. I love him. He makes me feel calm. He is gentle and knowledgeable.

Went in for a regular check-up/cleaning. Not only did they do a great job but when doctor Brenner came in to do his visual check he found that I have a growth in my throat and referred me out to an ENT. I’m truly thankful for them being thorough and caring enough to help me with the situation. Thanks doctor brenner!!

Dr. Brenner was right when he said that Dr. Chris from Asheville was the guru in dentistry that he trusts with his work. I totally agree with that statement. I'm extremely happy and I appreciate having met this wonderful person. May God continue to bless this man.

Very friendly and nice

This is a very unusual dental office, and not in a good way. Hygenist and the dentist tried to SELL me a crown that I don't need and an expensive custom-made bite plate to correct teeth grinding (which I have never done). After my cleaning, I was hit with an expensive bill BEFORE they submitted a claim to my dental insurance. So, beware their sales tactics and the way they process insurance claims. I've never experienced anything like this in past dental offices.

Pulled a tooth that could have been saved, staff was rude at times and Dentist literally talked down to my kid and told him to never come back when he cried because it hurt when he was drilling his teeth. My kid has fallen asleep in the dentist chair. If hes saying it hurts, its for a reason. Office staff is almost always way off on thier estimates as well.
