Plato's Closet

The store was clean and non cluttered. We found multiple cute items for affordable prices! The staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The young man who checked us out was very conversational and nice. I would definitely return here again.

Not sure why the reviews for this location are low. I always have a pleasant experience whenever I go. One of the workers is always there when I visit and has the most pleasant, sweet personality (Victoria I believe). As a seller, they always tell me what items they liked or why they didn’t take certain ones. As a buyer, I’ve found exactly what I was looking for whenever I came to get clothing for a specific event. They have a big selection to pick from and it’s organized. A repeat customer for sure!

Wow!!! The reviews are crazy!!!! I didn't experience any of this and actually recieved the opposite. Bubbly sales reps and just a great atmosphere to shop. I was jamming to the music I was shopping and having a good time. The reps had me laughing and the other customers were friendly. Not sure if I was lucky but we will see next time I go. Also the two ladies at the front who wear the same size one short and one tall LMBO they are the best comical team I've ever seen. Thanks for the great atmosphere ladies. I go here quite often and I have to say the customer service here is amazing! Always greeted in a friendly manner, lots of options to shop from, great prices! Angelica is always so helpful and friendly, I will definitely continue to come here really because of how great she is! Thanks for the great service ☺

I LOVE this Plato's closet so much, every time I go there (I go a lot) they always have the biggest selections of clothes and have bundles of variety of almost every brand. They also have fantastic prices and sales & the ladies who work there are so freakin friendly, patient and helpful!

The lady's that work at the Fayetteville store were super professional, friendly and fast. Especially Angelica! The entire team seem to work well together with a great personalities. I will return!

Went by on Sunday but the hours on Google are listed incorrectly. They are only open until 5 on Sunday, we arrived at 5 and they were locking up My daughter and I went in today, everyone who works there was really polite and helpful, the store is really clean and well organized with a nice selection. We will definitely be back!

I went to Plato’s closet this morning at 10:15 to sell my clothes. I read the previous reviews and brought my clothes in a laundry basket. They also accept tj maxx bags from what I overheard. Mikayla was the employee who took my clothes. She asked if I wanted to stay and look around while they went through my clothes and I said yes. I brought in 18 items and they bought 14 for a little over 60 dollars. The whole process only took about 10 minutes! Thank you Mikayla for your speed and customer service!

Cute clothes, reasonable prices, and really great staff! The girls working during my last visit were quite helpful and so much fun. My fave place to thrift in Fayetteville.

Today I had the pleasure of interacting with D. He is quite the guy, he is good at what he does. Naturally handling everything... literally, training, making sales and excellent customer services. Your work ethics are highly noticeable!! Keep up the good work.

The process of selling is quite easy. Went online to the Franchise website to view the selling clothes guidelines for official directions, afterwards I called this store location to verify their participating policy. Simple and fair. I don't understand some the negative reviews, it as if people didn't conduct due diligence. 🤷

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Clean And organized layout with plenty of fitting rooms. Jackie was detail oriented and explained what was being taken and why. Will be visiting again!

Plato's Closet has to be my favorite clothing store in Fayetteville. The customer service is amazing. I always find something I love with every visit. And why people write bad reviews is beyond me. So with that said, I would recommend Plato's closet to anyone.

My very first time visiting the Plato’s Closet and I was very shocked at what all they had. Never would have expected to find the deals I did! Name brand items for super cheap!! This will be one of my go to shops! The staff is very friendly! Will be returning for sure!
