On The Go Professional Movers

I have been waiting until we finished unpacking to write this review. Last week we unpacked our last box and I can unreservedly give my highest recommendation for this company. They are absolutely top notch. My wife keeps telling me that this was our easiest move ever and I agree.

I have moved 8 times with the military and this was the biggest and likely the last move. When I say big, I mean enormous. Keith and his team moved my household goods, home gym, and home business. In total they moved 32,500 pounds of goods and tools. It required 1x 20' trailer for over sized tools, 2x 26' box trucks for household goods and the gym, and 1x 53' semi truck for the rest of the shop tools. Every truck was packed to the roof. This move was enormous!

Keith's team did the job well and fast. They were very quick to communicate and always courteous. Not a single item was misplaced or stolen, and our property was well wrapped and carefully packed. In full disclosure, two items were broken. A lamp shade, and one leg on a metal bed frame was bent. But seriously... 2x items among 32,500lb of other items? Win. "On the Go" movers rocks.

On the Go is amazing! They were able to accommodate me for a same day move after my original movers (not a local company) tried to double the price of the move when they showed up on site. The On the Go team exceeded my expectations! They took furniture apart and loaded up the 2 trucks they brought in about 4 hours. They drove 3 hours to our new home then unloaded and reassembled the furniture. The team was kind and professional the entire time. We enjoyed the experience and highly recommend On the Go for your next move.

I recently used On The Go Movers and I could not be happier with their service. From the moment I spoke with the owner, Keith, I felt like I had known him for years! He was very personable, warm and kind. He explained everything and said Amanda would call for details. She did and was great! She even called the day before the move to verify everything. Again, she was very personable and made me feel like I had known her for years! The guys showed up on time and took great care in moving furniture and boxes. They unloaded the truck with care and placed items where we asked. It was a very cold day but they did not rush and were very kind!
It is so refreshing to have a business treat a new customer like we were treated! From beginning to end we were made to feel like family! They all were professional and respectful to us and our belongings. I would without hesitation use them again!

I was so nervous about moving furniture down three flights of stairs, but these guys made it look easy! They were careful with everything, and nice to work with! Keith and Amanda were also very pleasant and easy to communicate with from the very beginning throughout the entire moving process. 10/10 recommend!

I have used on the Go Movers 3 times now and each time Amanda and her crew were the total professionals. The actual mover crews were awesome and were pleasant. The movers were top notch ! They showed up on time and worked extremely hard. They helped me pack , loaded everything and unloading everything. I was not sure where I was moving to yet , so they even had a storage facility I could use ! Everything was handled with care , especially my babies items. I made sure they knew it was important to me, and they showed they cared. I could not have asked for a better experience and the price was cheaper than those with lower reviews. I will be using them in the future, and Keith the owner was great also. Stayed in contact with me , and always communicated. I am extremely happy because moving is a stressful situation, and they took care of everything.

My husband was in the USMC and we moved more times than I can remember. We needed to hire movers to move my daughter into her first apartment. This company(Keith) was so fast to reply to my request, reasonable rates as well. He kept in contact with me before the scheduled service as well. When the movers showed up, it was nothing but smooth sailing. Melvin and Jake were professional and so friendly! They worked fast and carefully! I could NOT have had a better experience! I will definitely be using them for any future moving needs!

Keith and his crew are fantastic! I moved to Meridian from Pensacola, FL. Was not able to be there while the movers came. Keith took care of EVERYTHING so I did not have to miss any work. They took exceptional care of all of my belongings. 10/10 recommend Keith and his crew!!

On the Go movers successfully moved us all the way from St. Louis to Meridian. Keith, the owner, was very flexible as I had to change moving dates a few times. The price was very reasonable for a 3 man crew. They provided a very large truck, which was great. I have heard of situations where the moving company brought too small of a truck, but that was not an issue at all. We are still unboxing, but nothing appears broken and they apparently took good care of our belongings in the long transit. My only feedback is to communicate who will be providing material such as furniture wrap and mattress covers ahead of time to avoid any confusion. I will for sure use them again on my next move!

I was absolutely blown away by how awesome this moving company is. He answered my call at 9:15 one night, and was able to set it up for me to have a moving truck and two men help me move the very next day!!! And at a time that was convenient for me, too! And the men were so extremely polite and also knowledgeable about moving heavy furniture without scratching my floors or breaking anything!! Even my daddy couldn’t believe how fast we got everything done, and how reasonable the price was. I would totally recommend them to anyone, any time. 💯 10/10

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Communication was great and timely. They promptly showed up to unload my truck and did a great job. I expect to call them again for another project in the near future . This is THE company to hire if you are in the market for a mover in this area .

The guys that moved me was respectful, nice and hard workers, they got to the drop off before me and was waiting for me and they had no attitude because I got there after them. I would give them seven stars out of five but five was what they gave. Any more moving I do will be by On The Go Professional from now on. All I can say is thank you and God bless you all.

From the moment they arrived on site until the moment we were unloaded and settling into our new home these gentlemen took good care of our things. Great friendly service and the prices are very fair even with a travel fee. Never moving AGAIN without this company!! Short notice and they still fit our move into their schedules!! Divorces are never easy! Leaving a home I knew for 12 years was incredibly difficult but Keith and his guys were amazing! I had a piano from 1896 plus other heirloom family antiques that were over 150 years old and they made sure that all of my furniture made the 5 hour trip safe and secure. All of my furniture arrived in the same condition as it went on the truck in. One last thing, I had a car that had been sitting for over 18 months. The car would not start so that it could be driven onto the car transport trailer. These guys worked on my car over an hour to get my car running and on this trailer. I can not say enough wonderful things about Keith and the 4 guys he brought with him.

If you are moving across town or out of town, I highly recommend Keith Cullum and On the Go Movers. They were courteous, skilled and treated my belongings with care. Melvin, Otis and Tyson were great to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Great guys! I called them last minute and they helped us out in a pinch. Throughout the process they kept us informed on arrival times, etc. I've moved at least 15 times in my life and these guys are among the best I've worked with. I would definitely use again!
