This food recieves two thumbs up from this white girl. Great flavor, excellent portions. Fast and friendly service. Exactly what I wanted when stopping through Mississippi. Don't let the gas station appearance fool you, this is a restaurant in disguise.
We had the shrimp po boy and the 12pc oysters with tartar sauce.

Omg, the food was delicious! I read previous reviews saying the food was good, but bad service. We had excellent service. I was concerned that the catfish would be swai or basa, but it was US catfish! Shrimp falling out the poboy! My husband and I split the poboy. Don't let the location deter you from coming to this spot. It was good food and service😇

Pretty good for the location. Very good selection of fresh food. I enjoyed my meal and the experience. I'm only in town for work but I will definitely visit this place again before I leave.

This place was fricken good. There are so many chains in Meridian that it drowns out the good local stuff. The shrimp poboy was so good and they give you a full box of food for a really good price. The ladies who were working were lovely, definitely worth a visit.

Portions are great. Very fresh! I am from out of town and a local suggested that I eat here. I am not disappointed. 8 inch po boy!!

Wow!! I must say that this was my first time here and this gave me hope for our future when it comes to ordering food. I enjoyed crab legs, while my better half gobbled down a turkey neck bag for a pretty fair price. I'll make it my business to shop with them whenever I visit Meridian again. Top Tier!!😊

A hidden gem in Meridian! Kind of hard to find, as it sits within a gas station. Worth the visit! Tasty food, reasonably quick service, huge portion sizes at very reasonable prices.

Fish & fries are cooked to order. Never had old or cold food from this place. Everything is piping hot & fresh 😋!

If you haven’t read the reviews or heard about his place you’d never imagine this gas station as a great place to get a bite. Even with that knowledge I still went in thinking this could be a big mistake, but am I glad I stopped in!!

Service was fast and the Shrimp poboy reminded me of my home (Louisiana).

Omg this was my first time here.. And it won't be my last!!! I really enjoyed the Shrimp Po Boy!!! The amount of food you get for the price is amazing!!! They really move fast in this place.. The food was made to order!!! When you go just know it will be a long line but you will get out really fast!! To the way the women take the order, you pay, and receive your food withing 10 minutes it's like dang y'all fast!!!! I got the combo for under $10

Excellent Po-Boy! One of the best! A must eat at restaurant when in or passing through Meridian. Don’t let the bars on the gas station windows shied you away.

Amazing shrimp poboys!

The fried shrimp and oysters were fresh, large and succulent. Though the poboys were also rated excellent we wanted to share the 9 piece shrimp and oyster combo plate with two sides for $11. One of the sides we chose was fried rice. The other side was hushpuppies. The owner being Vietnamese, the fried rice had a Cajon twist to it. The fried chicken looked pretty wonderful too. Not everything is fried and you can get different fish that is in season grilled or blackened. Don't let the location keep you away. Seafood Express is located in a gas station with a no frills counter where you step up to place your order. There is some seating available. But it's ALL about the food which can't be beat.

Yesterday was my first time trying their crawfish and they were awesome! I called in early in the day and placed my order and paid over the phone. My son picked up the order later in the evening and everything was perfect. So happy to finally have somewhere to order crawfish to pick up after work that will actually fill my order correctly and hold it for me.

The best shrimp po' boy for a long way around. Proper soft roll with Crispy crust. You can get your Po Boy Over stuffed with shrimp bursting out of the bread. Judging by what everyone was buying that's not even their most popular item. All the platters are filled full. All the side dishes are well done. There's one table in there with two chairs and maybe another one but it's all to go. Oh they also sell gas.

First time going today had the Shrimp PoeBoy and it was good. Had so many shrimp they kept falling out the bread filled me up will definitely be going back
