We love these people. They're so empathetic and professional. We had to put our beloved aged beagle, Paws, to rest due to a tumor growing into his wind pipe, making it impossible for him to breathe. They were very empathetic to the situation and made it more comfortable for our pup and us. It was very difficult. However, their professionalism made the situation as hard as it was a bit easier. We thank the staff for taking care of him during his lifetime and are very grateful for the Rainbow Bridge card you sent after everything was over. It was very thoughtful and sweet, and we appreciated it. Thank you, Till Newell!

Staff is great and very friendly and also conscious of cost. Dr Daniel is a wonderful man. He performed life saving surfery on our dog aftrr being attacked by a fox. I would recommend for emergencies or non emergencies.

It was icy roads and bitter cold yesterday, but I took my cat to be spayed anyway because I'd received a call the night before to confirm the appointment. We talked about the weather. I offered to reschedule. I was assured they would be in.
But the weather changed and the owners told the staff not to come in. Idiot me showed up anyway, and Dan came out and took my cat and said he and Misty were there and they would get it done.
So they did! They called me to tell me she did fine and to say what time I could pick her up -- or let her spend the night if I didn't want to go back.
Of course I went back! They are wonderful here. My cat is doing great. No cone of shame, either -- so relieved about that.
We've been with Till-Newell through so many animals I've lost count. With every single one my pets have received excellent, quality and loving care.
The new facility is the greatest, too.
And I won't even go into the care I get with my setter. Suffice it to say she is doing great despite the odds.

Very friendly, competent staff. Personable, caring doctor and fair prices. Used a surgical technique he had mastered and went beyond performing other medical procedures needed without charge. Carefully explained the procedures and showed us before and after X-Rays. Helped our dog that had been run over by a car. She is doing great only days later. Thank you Dr. Newell to you and your great staff!!!

Incredibly friendly and gentle with your fur baby. They are really patient with anxious pups and make sure that you understand everything without talking down to you.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Veterinarian called me every morning and every night to give updates on my little Daisy. She didn't make it, but they did all they could. Would definitely use again

I had to put down my geriatric chihuahua after 15 years and the vet was so extremely loving and compassionate to us. They made me and sweet mama girl as comfortable as possible even in the most difficult situation

Our dog ate some bristles off of our grill brush while licking the grease off my BGE. They got us in day of on a very busy day for them. We only had to wait about 30 minutes and that was without an appointment. They care. They got her all X-ray’d up and some stomach settling meds. She’s GTG now. Recommend!

Dr. Daniel and the crew kept my Layla for almost 2 weeks . Took very good care of her .

They have taken wonderful care of my pets for a long time. My rescue girl will be 15 years old in July. Its the only vet she has known since I got her.

I am new to the area and was concerned with finding a vet clinic I felt comfortable trusting with my fur babies. After doing some research I chose Till-Newell Animal Hospital because of their great reviews and I'm so glad that I did! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. They were able to give me an appointment to have my cat neutered fairly quick and they took excellent care of him! When I went to pick him up Dr Kelly took her time speaking with me about his procedure and any other questions/concerns that I had. Since bringing him home he has done fantastic and had zero complications. He recovered faster than I'm used to and I was so happy with their work. Their prices were also very reasonable and affordable. Till-Newell will absolutely be my vet clinic of choice for all my fur baby needs in the future! I couldn't have asked for a better group of ladies to take care of my Willow!

If you want people that genuinely care for animals this is the people to go to. I love this place! I've been there for years and years and would be the first to tell everyone if there was anything to be concerned about. Keep loving those babies and helping all you can.🥰

We have been taking our pets here now for the last 6 months and they have some of the most caring and kind vets I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their prices are very reasonable and they even offer military discounts which is much appreciated. The vets are very responsive regardless of how busy they are and I feel like they treat you and your pets like family members. I highly recommend you bring your pet here.

My dog had some health problems and they took me in with short notice. With one hour got everything checked out and we were back on the road. Very professionals, and affordable.

Excellent veterinarian facility and the Doctors were very nice and helpful with our sick baby. They went above and beyond to slip us in during their lunch break since we were traveling and not from the area. Can’t give enough gratitude for the fine folks there and their prices were very good as well! Thanks to everyone there!
