Wendy's

I recently visited Wendy's with my mother, who has been recovering from brain surgery. Our experience was made exceptional by the kindness and patience of the cashier who took our order. Despite my mother's slower pace, the cashier remained attentive and understanding throughout the entire process. Her warmth and compassion truly made our visit memorable. Thank you, Wendy's, for employing such caring staff members who go above and beyond to make every customer feel valued.

Great service and food on point every time. I think the guys name was Patrick and he was as nice and respectful as customer service can be. We showed up as soon as they opened all week and he always had a smile and got us in and out quick. That man needs a raise Wendy’s!

on a six hour road trip. After having to deal with a flat tire and needing a place

We have eaten at the Meridian and Philadelphia MS Wendy's. Philadelphia food was fantastic! Meridian was disappointing.

Sometimes it takes longer than expected to receive my food, BUT they ALWAYS politely inform you if there's a wait and apologize before and after for having to wait! Now that's good customer service!

Quick service and friendly two 99 coke flavor machines all filled. Workers complemented you when I entered!!!.

Great customer service. The woman who I assume is the manager was very helpful and kind!
Also, Wendy's has good salads! Important for vegetarians :)

Burgers were hot and tasted fresh. Our car was too loud for the order taker to hear us so we turned it off and after that it was smooth and efficient service. We appreciate how fast and delicious it was.

I just love Wendy's . If ever your feeling down stop by there the food is good the service is friendly and the atmosphere is down to earth . There sweet tea was on point too... Thanks everyone for doing what you do with a smile 😁. One smile can change someone whole day around.

Stopped on our way back to PA but didn't expect much from a highway fast food place. Turns out the food was above average for a Wendy's and the service was exceptionally friendly. They even came to the table to ask how everything was. Very nice surprise while traveling.

Stopped here looking for a place to eat that had room for a semi, sometimes it's nice to get away from the truck stops. I'm glad I did, the Wendy's staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean and modern, and the food was fresh and fast. Definitely will stop here again.

Loved the coffee and biscuits. It was cheaper to order off the menu then the advertised special.

They were slammed drive thru around the building so I went in for my mobile order and everyone was working together and we're busting out everyone's orders. Fast food is not a job for the faint of heart. Others were also commenting on how well the entire crew was working together. Great job y'all!!

This gotta be the only wendys that the employees doesn't get an attitude if they make a mistake with your order. Customer service excellent. I'll always come here.💯🔥🔥

This is by far the best Wendy's I have been to. We stopped here on vacation. We didn't get the correct order at first but the manager fixed it promptly. The customers were greeted as they walked in by workers behind the counter. While we were sitting we had a worker come up to us and ask us if everything was ok. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome!

We stopped at the Meridian, MS Wendy's while on a recent road trip and found a gem. This is the best Wendy's ever. Sparkling clean (even the restrooms) with the most courteous staff I have ever seen. They are very efficient and even when other people were in line the wait was short. We were so impressed we stopped in again on our way home!

They were super friendly and super fast. Also don't forget to get your frosty tag!

Had a great lunch today. Nice atmosphere. And the Hostess Miss Cadeshia was very nice an helpful. She came to our table a checked on us twice to see if we need anything. That was nice. We'll be visiting there again.

The drive-thru time was minimal and the food was delicious.
